Medical travel ( Klara) was very helpful in helping me set up my Tummy tuck surgery. Any questions I had, she would answer them which helped calm my nerves about the upcoming surgery. Klara scheduled my cab ride from the airport to my hotel, as well as scheduling my cab ride to the clinic the morning of. The morning of the procedure, Petra met me at the clinic and helped walk me through all the paperwork and went with me when I met with Dr. Polak. I felt having someone there with me helped calm my nerves. I felt having someone I could text/email my questions to during my stay was also helpful. I will be using Medical travel in the future and would recommend using them to anyone looking to have plastic surgery done in Prague. Just being able to have 1-2 people you are linked with along the way, was helpful. They were able to schedule everything for me which I found helpful.

I just wanted to say massive thank you to everyone at Medical Travel (and especially Irena and Petra who were my coordinators) . Your help made it so much easier for me and gave me a boost of confidence during the whole process. Everything went seamless and the whole journey was just so smooth. The doctors and nurses in the clinic that you work with were great, and I'm glad I decided to do it in Prague, not only was the surgery a massive success (I love the results!) but I got to see your beautiful city which I always wanted to visit.

My experience so far has been great. From the time I reach out to inquire about my procedure type, all the way to having Petra ( my coordinator)calling me to start the process, everything went to smooth. Communication has been delightful, straightforward and comprehensive. Having an all inclusive price really helps put patients’ mind at ease ( because in a foreign country, where I didn’t speak the language, I was glad to have someone order the taxi to pick me up on surgery day, plan my stay at the clinic after surgery for observation, etc…).
My surgeon was also good, gave me confidence but was also straight forward when it come to expectations management. I am still in my recovery phase and very hopeful on my results ( will give more update later in that regards).The clinic where the surgery took place is modern, clean with very appealing. The front desk staff, nurses, doc, were very professional, respectful and nice( made the experience more pleasant).

I've recently used Medical Travel, Prague for my tummy tuck. I found the whole process extremely smooth. From initial contact to post surgery, I have been very impressed with the service. The clinic is very professional and immaculately clean. The nurses and reception staff are very friendly and the contact at Medical Travel was always quick to return queries and they were there in person to go through paperwork and answer any questions. I would recommend their services to anyone. Post surgery, I travelled back home to the UK four days after surgery and am recovering well and so far, very pleased with the results.

Any questions I had, she was always on hand to help out and give me the answers and reassurance I needed.

I travelled to Prague in February 2022 to get eyelid surgery. Its something I had been thinking about for so long and so glad I decided to go with Medical travel Czech. Everything about the trip was so easy and my travel coordinator Svetlana could not have done anymore of us. I travelled with my partner and 5 year old son and she made sure we were so well looked after. Making sure Travel to and from accommodation was looked after. I went to the clinic and left 2 hours after surgery and flew home 48hrs later. Within a week the bruises were gone. I could not recommend enough. Fantastic

Had the best experience with medical travel my wife went for a breast uplift and augmentation and Petra who assisted us all the way went above and beyond to help us. Making phone calls booking things and really made what could have been stressful times alote more manageable. We used premier clinic as one of the options they provided and the place is pristine.

Wow, I have no words. The experience has been amazing. All thanks to the coordinator Michaela she worked above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need from taxis to luxury hotels and fine dining recommendations. DR Baran has to be the best doctor I’ve met. He shows compassion and care throughout all the work he does. He gave me the best advice and has now changed my life for the better, I couldn’t thank him and Michaela more for everything. You have really helped an extremely insecure person come out of their shell, you are both in my prayers🥰

I absolutely do not regret my decision to travel abroad for surgery! I was really unsure at first, even after reading mostly good reviews, you always tend to keep the bad ones in your mind. From start to finish everything was done professionally and personally. My patient coordinator, Barbora, was fantastic, we communicated a lot and everything was taken care of. My surgeon Dr. Vasek was polite and spoke really good English. He was so positive about my surgery and so far I am really happy with his work. I will be returning in July for a second surgery and I cannot wait!

For several years I have been wanting to perform a nose operation, and I had recently read and heard from friends that Prague has several excellent options for surgery. Considering I didn't know any specific clinic, I decided to contact Medical Travel Czech Republic, whose website looked from the first moment really professional and reliable. I was contacted by Helena Sivakova shortly after my request, and she provided me with all the necessary information, being always friendly and available whenever I was asking further questions. She helped me to find a clinic (Forme Clinic) and was asking for updates quite regularly in the last days before the operation (in case any last-minute request might pop up). I was positively surprised to meet her at the clinic on the morning of the operation, considered I thought at first that our would have simply been an email correspondence. Even live, she was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! She kindly reminded me to contact her after the surgery for follow-up questions or doubts of any kind: indeed, I had a couple of issues I wanted to ask more about, and she then contacted the clinic employees on my behalf. All this to say that my experience with Medical Travel Czech Republic (and specifically with Helena Sivakova) and with the clinic was great and I would totally recommend them! :)

I had an excellent experience with Medical Travel in Prague. From the beginning of the process, to the end of my trip/procedure I was guided perfectly. Klára Pobudová assistance was impeccable and I'm very glad I went through everything because it ended up being so smooth and trouble-free. I just returned from my trip to Prague. Klara organised everything for me and all I had to do was turn up! I was met at the airport by a driver who took good care of me and dropped me at my hotel. I am very happy with how everything went. I had contact with klara at all times throughout my stay and it was good to know I had someone to contact if I was unsure about anything. I will recommend medical travel to all my friends and to anyone who is interested in travelling abroad for surgery. Its a huge step to take travelling abroad and I had my reservations... not to mention the comments and opinions of others telling me its a bad idea. Well I did it and I can say that for me it was a fantastic experience. One of thr things people worry about is what if things are not straightforward when you are so far from home... well, my surgery went well but I was unwell afterwards and klara kept in touch and made sure that I was well taken care of. I had extra nights in the hospital due to my illness and had to stay longer in Prague and klara continued to check on me throughout my stay til the moment I got on thr plane home.
I am well now and I am very very happy with my surgery. I will definitely go back for other procedures in the future and will use medical travel. Thank you klara and the team!

Good morning everyone, I have to comment on my experience of this medical travel service in Prague, a blepharoplasty, which went very well for me. First of all I want to thank Caroline Springl who took care of my whole process and accompanied me for the clinic on the day of execution, she is simply Amazing, thanks, in second the people of the spectacular Forme clinic at all I loved seeing finally most of the staff are women and that gave me the hope that this world will still change thanks and finally to Dr. Petr Jan Vasek who have an enviable experience and curriculum, my thanks to everyone and always contains with my affection like what you gave me, thank you.

I have now used this service on 2 occasions and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. My surgeon Dr Sandera far exceeded my expectations on every level of skill and professionalism and I am delighted with the results. The actual clinic is immaculate and beautiful, very modern with hi tech spec, far superior to anything I experienced in the UK in both NHS and private settings. Overall exceptionally happy with my outcome

The International agent Klara Pobudova, Helena and Clinic customer services were all excellent and the procedure was very good, no complaints at all. The only thing I recommend is arranging with more professional drivers with a little compassion to help, assist and ensure they drop you at your exact desired destination in case you feel a bit week with slight pain to enable you access your apt or home with ease.

I have used medical travel Czech Republic twice first time was 2019 for gastric balloon and second was breast augmentation and lower blepharoplasty December 2022. I was contacted by a wonderful woman called Petra.she talked me through the procedures and helped put my mind at ease she booked transfers from airport and hotel to clinic she even booked accommodation for my husband whilst I would be staying in hospital.I arrived at laser esthetic clinic for tests and to meet surgeon pre op Petra accompanied me in the morning for this she came in with me to meet the surgeon. I chose dr krejca he was wonderful and so caring. He told me the reality and outcomes of surgery and what to expect. I wanted upper blepharoplasty but he refused and told me skin wasn’t bad enough and there was nothing to correct as I am only 33. He even asked if there was anyway I would reconsider having surgery as It was a big step and he thought I was fine the way I was but I had already made my mind up. I love how honest he was and how he wasn’t just there to take my money I respect everything this doctor said he is a wonderful surgeon and a lovely man.I am 2 weeks post op and can say dr krejca has done a brilliant job I will definitely be going back and using medical travel Czech Republic/dr krejca again in the future. I would also like to say a massive thank you to the lovely 2 young ladies who was there from day of tests all the way through my surgery and recovery they never left my side.but most of all thank you Petra I don’t think I could have did it without her help.( if you are looking for night time entertainment with food Petra is an amazing jazz singer go check her out ;) ).
