Compared to alza service in Slovakia, darn good experience.

5* for the customer service. I bought a Garmin smartwatch and I was not happy with the product. Although I have opened the box, charged the watch, removed the protective foil, Alza accepted the return without any issues. The service is fast and polite.
They even have a coffee machine offering coffee for free for their clients. It would be nice if many Czech businesses would copy this customer service model.

The local showroom of a big Czech eShop. Not very crowded, good selection of goods on display, especially mobile phones. Helpful staff. It's possible to order something from the local storage and receive it after paying. Parking is available, but limited to 20 minutes.

One of the better secondary local stores and pickup centers of the Alza company. The showroom is modest but has usually available for hands-on try-out the newest phones of major smartphone manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, Nokia,..).

Usually a bit of waiting time since there generally is a lot of people there, but i have nothing bad to say about alza here in haje. The service have always been great and we have not experienced any issues getting help in english.

Very nice and welcoming place for the Jewish community in Prague, for residents and visitors.

A closer parking place would be great. Customers kinda forced to park at the Lidl, across the street..

Fast pickup preparation. The only thing that bugs me is the 45Kč they charge for pickup

only warranty case solved - claimed warranty for external HDD, the same week came SMS, warranty closed, approved - new HDD ready for pickup.

A bit slow service I guess and that's may be because of lot of people but surprisingly its good customer service 🥳

Spacious showroom with nearby parking.

The biggest electronics store in the Czech Republic. At this Branch the waiting time is relatively short compared to others.
