Just 30min by car from Prague. Yes you have to walk good 15-30 min (depending on a view point) but it's worth it. Be very careful, no guarding fences, slipping stones

Beautiful viewpoint of "Horseshoe Bend of Europe ". Great for a day trip in good weather. I recommend starting hiking rout from Štěchovice following yellow rout signs/marks. It will take around 2.5-3.5h with an amazing viewpoint in the end. But if you are not a big fan of hiking, then good news for you, it's about 10-15 minutes away from the parking point.

The view point requires a 20 minute hike from the parking through the field and wood.
The view is not that clear because there are some trees, but all in all it was worth the detour we made through the village to reach this point.
There is a small free parking place on the road, you cannot miss it and the route is easy uphill.

Beautiful view! Just a short hike (around 10 mins from the parking) to reach the spot. I recommend going early before the place gets crowded.

Such a beautiful place, I started to call it “Horseshoe bend” of Czech Republic. There is a few others overview around so place is not that busy as you can expect. It was my firs time here and I can’t wait to see it in the different pard of the year again. You must see #kucatraveling

Nice to know the trails and how far you parked. Worth the scene and trail. After visiting Štěchovice is a good option.

Very nice area to hike, enjoy the views and escape (in 1 hour by train) the hustle and bustle of Prague. Would recommend as a day trip!

It's really impressive. It's definitely better to visit in winter, as there are no crazy crowds, but the view is still spectacular.
The viewpoint is a short walk away from a very small but free parking. Getting there takes about 10 minutes.

Great view of Vltava river with a nice short walk through the field and woods. Park right next to the town of Teletin. Come in summer and visit nearby Slapy or enjoy beautiful Autumn here.

The view was awesome!! Definitely recommended if you want something a bit far from the city centre. The place called Maj Viewpoint. I booked through Airbnb and the host is pretty cool. It's a bit shame that the trees are not fully orangey colour yet

Very beautiful viewpoint on the Vltava River. There is a parking five to ten minutes walk from there. Also, you can have a one-day trip from Štěchovice bus station, following the trek marked with the yellow line ( it's about 11km). The nearest village Teletin also has a bus station.

Close to Prague and what a beautiful place. We trully had luck with the weather - the view was absolutely stunning.

It is fairly close from the main road so if you are comming in the frequent time you will be meeting lots of people. We came here right from the start of a day and had a view just for ourselves for a while.

Watch your steps on the rocks - can be slippery and the way down is loong.

Beautiful, amazing, spectacular and unusual view. About 1km walk from car park / Teletín village (where you can buy homemade bread and pies btw). Don't expect to be alone there.

Very beautiful viewpoint and lots of great hiking trails close to it. Wear good hiking shoes as to reach viewpoint there are lots of rocks.

Such a beautiful place to visit. We parked nearby and walked a short distance to get to the main spot. There are various beautiful viewing points if you walk around a bit.
