Found a good Indian restaurant in the most unlikely spot - the town square of Ceska Lipa.

I had the lamb Rogenjosh. Pretty good, fresh and authentic, the spices were spot on, with a good amount of well cooked lamb. The rice was basmati and a little wet, but not over cooked. Portions were a good size, and, with a couple of starters, this could have been a meal for two.
I actually started with desert - the mango lassi was better than most, with some finely ground nuts, perhaps hazelnuts, walnuts, or even pistachios, ground to a powder and mixed in, a nice detail I think.
The waiter was polite and good at his work, although at first he was a bit scared of my dog, even then he brought her a bowl of water, which was very considerate.
Lassi, Lamb Rogenjosh and rice was 390 kcs, while higher than the 200-300kcs per person stated, I consider the value for money quite good for the authentic quality.

Recenze nelhaly, výborně tu vaří. Měli jsme butter chicken a moc jsme si pochutnali. Obsluha velmi milá. Středně drahá restaurace. Jen atmosféra byla trochu zvláštní, stejně jako velmi strohé a moderní prostředí. Ale záleží na vkusu.
