Hotel Relax - Accommodation Lipno

This hotel is surprisingly amazing in many ways!
1. Restaurant: 5 stars. I didn’t expect the food to be so good but it is so delicious, love all of them! I am very picky regarding meat, those I tried are excellent. And staffs are super nice, thanks to Jenn for bringing us a wonderful evening! Her English is very good and she is very sweet.
2. Pick up service from train station (book room from official website): 5 stars, this is so convenient! I would hesitate to go to this hotel if there was no pick up because I don’t have a car, thanks again.
3. Location: 5 stars. Picture says everything.
4. Room: 4 stars. Normal room, not the luxury type, I am fine with it.
5. Massage: 5 stars. I tried Thai massage because I like hard press, what I received was totally what I expected.

Good location (20 min by car to nearby skiing zones), English speaking staff, comfortable apartments, nice food and overall amazing experience. The hotel's service car driver picked our group up from the trian station in the middle of the night because of miscalculation with schedule on our part. The man has been the most positive introduction to this place as well as the last positive farewell when he dropped us off at the same station on our last day. If the hotel representatives are reading this now please give that man a Raise or medal or bonus or all of the above. Thank you, definitely recommend.

Very clean and new hotel, good service, friendly staff, but sometimes not very attentive. Amazing spa with outdoor jacuzzi! Moderate breakfast (everything you can wish for, but made of low quality. Eggs were good, coffee was horrendous, cold cuts were good, orange juice wasn’t a juice, etc.). Dinner was excellent though. Will be coming back. :)

We very much enjoyed our short stay in HRR; rooms were clean with a nice view, all personell were very friendly, and the food was excellent. We would return for another stay!

A great place to stay with a family. Right at the Lipno lake. Built recently to a very high standard. Nice rooms and a great restaurant. Spa is currently under construction. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location at the lake with everything you need to relax for a few days.

We only rent sport equipment here. They are reliable and fast, the items were of good quality and fully functional.

Nice hotel, a varied buffet breakfast and the terrace with an amazing lake view.
