Really good!

Really good traditional czech restaurant with solid dishes. The staff is very friendly, also with little kids. We had the half duck and lamb dish, both were very tasty. Special wishes are no problem. The menu is in Czech, english and German. (Palatcinki would be great to have!)
The restaurant is located in a cellar and you feel a little thrown back to older times, in a very nice way. The restrooms are very nice and clean, too.

Two Christmas parties.
Food was excellent. My guests all agreed that the meals were at worst good, the lowest rating was 7 out of 10.
Chef cooked an exceptional veg' pasta with grilled vegetables. Off menu dishes to cater for most vegetarians and vegans.
Presented well.
Dessert choice is limited but the desserts are exceptional. Small, expensive but too good to resist.
Finally the service is out of this world for the Czech Rep. Waiter was friendly, helpful, efficient and spoke excellent English.

We asked our tour guide for a lunch suggestion and this was it. We were led through classic caves/hallways to a cozy table against stone walls. Very accomodating service. Several people had the schnitzel and loved it. We had the the liver/pate and a great egg soup (well soup with a poached egg in it). We were passing through on a bike holiday and stumbled apron this restaurant. The location in the main town square, two or three stories down is amazing. Romantic with great hospitality and food. Thank you for the great service. From two wandering Canadians!

Perfect food and perfect service. Our waiter try to arrange us the best possible food experience. He also works in kitchen and was very helpful with closing wine and meals. His service was the major part of experience! Don't forget that food is the top as well.

Great food and service. One extra star if there was WIFI. In the basement there is no reception which on the other hand makes for a great ambience. I also read that you can take a tour of the further cellars. It is not mentioned which months the tour is, upon asking I know now that unfortunately I have to wait until summer. First time eating there was last summer, nice warm weather so we sat outside. For that reason I didn't know about the tour. Still, all in all a great experience. Highly recommended

Great food, professional service, and a good location. I tasted all the homemade lemonades and they are maybe a little less sweet than some people are used to but I personally like that. I can recommend this restaurant.
