I had a great stay in the hotel. Even though the hotel has a bit dated look, it offers good services.
Rooms are nice and tidy and beds are super comfortable! Food was delicious and staff was friendly. Wellness&Sport area was quite nice too.
I would say that only downside can be lack of an AC in the rooms - especially during hot summer days.
To sum it up - I was happy during my stay and I can imagine myself to come back sometime in the future :)

beautiful view ,great location, comfy beds and clean room. the staff was friendly with a ready smile at all times. the food was exceptional with a big variety. the Sky Bar was SUPERB, a must visit for well mixed and personalized drinks. the hot tub was a treat after a long day of hiking.

A wonderful stay. The room and food were good value and the location is brilliant. The highlights for us were the staff, who were friendly, exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to make our stay special. We had a room on the 15th floor and the views were stunning. Even better at the sky bar on floor 18, where we had amazing cocktails. Highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect, will come again for sure... the only thing I did not like was the fact we had to pay for drinks for dinners although it was just a water... sometimes we had to wait for that... another one to improve are the opening hours of the wellness - opening too late (at 8am) and closing to early (at 9pm)...

Amazing, phenomenal breakfast and dinner buffets. The best I have ever seen. Loved it so much. Fantastico. Great views. Nicest setting. I enjoyed my room. Beautiful lobby and very excellent staff. Beds are comfortable and you will sleep well. We especially appreciated the top cocktail lounge. It was a big treat for our tour group to gather and cheer each other with delicious drinks of all colors and tastes. We had fun here. Bravo to the manager and hotel hospitality!!!!

Great facilities, good service

We had a wonderful stay. Particular mention to the cocktail bar staff ( the bartender and waiter) they were both fantastic and all the staff in the spa & gym. We rented the electric biles and were so impressed. Fantastic holiday,

Great for children, the food and location are pretty good. There is a slope for kids just 5min walk away and you can rent ski equipment in the hotel. There are free shuttles to all major slopes nearby and babysitting services for 10 euro/hr. The staff do not speak english very well but they are all very nice and are always willing to help you. I would definitely come back again!

It's not a cheap place to stay. But I enjoyed whole duration of my stay. Service was impeccable. Helpful with any minor inconvenience. Place offers restaurant, terase, cafe and two bars. One of them located on the 18th floor. Added photos are of breakfasts and dinners. Place also offers entertainment service for the kids inside of the hotel.

The hotel is located in the perfect place, super close to all ski buses. Facilities in the hotel are very good: nice swimmng pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Besides that amazing sky par at 18th floor

A large tower somewhat unfitting in the mountain landscape offers, however, beautifully renovated authentic 70s interiors combined with modern 4 star hotel rooms, sport and wellness centre and other hotel services. Staff is truly professional. My personal favourite is the opulent breakfast served everyday from 7:30 to 10:30.

Hotel Horizont as a clear choice for me when I want to relax in the Krkonose Mountains. The level of service, food and welnes equipment is outstanding. I love the great people making my every stay wonderful there.

Dont judge the book by its cover. Rooms and services are great. The food (incl breakfast variety) is also very good.

If you like time travelling back to the 70s or 80s in style then you have to go there! Great food and service in a rather special environment. Love it or hate it!!!

I’ve only been in restaurant but very kind and also professional staff there. Great meal and nice outside terrace with a little playground for kids (with trampoline).

Ugly from outside but likeable inside. Good food, wide choice of breakfast and dinner buffet. Nice pool, reasonable fitness.
