eventhough there is not possible to go to hotel by car (special permition is required for car entering protected area) staff can pick you up.

accomodation nice and clean, daily menu tasty, local small brevery next to hotel.

We spent 3 nights in a hotel. Mainly breakfast and dinner menu was plentiful and tasty. Than must do is a spacious wellness and a very good massage. For skiers place offers even more. Definitely will come back.

First of all, you will not find this hotel at aggregators like booking or hotels.
Booking process is old school - fill up an inquiry form, they will call you and tell you about the rooms available.
You pay 50% advance and rest 50% when you reach there. Cards are accepted here.
Why you should stay here -- because of their hospitality!! Mind blowing! Everyone was so nice, always smiling, always helpful.
They speak - German, Czech, English.
Ladies at reception were super friendly! Even the restaurant staff was so nice, very helpful.
Rooms - we booked the second last available room so naturally it was not the best. It was on the top floor so some slope was there in the room, manageable.
Wooden floor, surprisingly not so thin walls.
TV, Shower, Heating etc was okay.
Food - we had breakfast and dinner included in the price. From a vegetarian perspective - not as many choices as non vegetarians (of course) but still we could fill up our stomach.
They have 2 different restaurants. We had pizza at both of them.
Both were excellent, quantity was more than enough. They happily added extra items for us.
Wellness Area - Access to Whirlpool, Swimming Pool and fitness center was included in the cost.
We also visited their Sauna place and it was simply amazing.
Ski bus - they have fixed timetable for taxi service (to and from Bus Stand and also different ski slopes) included in the price.
Pro - Proximity to Sněžka Cable Car station, small skiing slope, very good food, nice location in general, awesome people
If you are coming via public transport then make sure you tell in advance about pick up , we didn't tell them so we had to walk good 1.5km in snow with luggage.
I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect refreshment stop on the way to the top of Sněžka. Good home style food (they have lunch menu with soup and desert for 160 CZK), beer is very tasty. Prices are equal to quality. Recommended!

Best place in the world to relax to sport to have fun, have a beer, to eat(delicious) or to work. Done it all, will be coming back often for sure!

We have just visited the restaurant for lunch. Soup was with strong taste like at home. All main dishes were good as expected. Recommended!
