Hello, a beautiful castle with an interesting park. The tour /representative halls/ very interesting and funny, a great German guide who knows a lot not only about the castle, but also about the city. So you will learn a lot of interesting things. We can only really recommend the tour. The hour is just right, the castle has a lot to offer. We will definitely be back this year :)

A there hour train journey to Kroměříž that is worth every minute. And no,you don't need to take a bus from the train station to the town center. Simply walk a dozen of meters and you will fond the palace natural park stretching down near the station. It's huge 60 ha space full of ponds and rivulets. Just make sure to leave it at 5pm as gates close for the night.
The palace itself offers all original furniture used by its inhabitants, and presents brought by royal visitors. And do go all the way up to the tower. On a fall morning you will see the mists gradually unvailing the beauty of the main square.

Beautiful Palace! The tour is in Czech, ask for a translation. The assembly hall is really worth the visit!

Quite and lovely place. Kid-friendly place where you can see the people enjoy walking with their stroller or with children. Inside, there is small zoo which made my sister (7 year-old) almost dying.

It is much larger place than expected. Saw an train cost like €7 or something. I did not try but was pretty jealous when I saw people moving around on it. Would be nice to take it, too

Great historical place , beautiful garden filled with peacocks walking around , also small zoo with some monkeys and birds. There also small farm with porkupines and other farm animals, plenty of stuff for kids, food, ice cream and beer for parents

Nice and beautiful garden place with a small zoo, peacocks and rabbits walking free around. A lot of blossom trees in springtime!

The palace building is just magnificent. There is 1 principal tour showing the representative rooms including one used in Amadeus movie and a small private quarters. In addition to the main tour I climbed on the clock tower from which you can see the old town and the castle garden - probably the biggest attraction of the city.

Very nice, the only downside is that you can't take photos, I wonder why? In the other places it was possible. 90 minutes of driving, in Czech. So the beauty made up for the fact that I couldn't understand a word

A very well maintained palace with great decorations, artifacts and atmosphere. No English guided tour but we joined the Polish tour with English hand notes. It was more or less enough to understand the facts. A must see place.

The guide was professional and knew a lot about history of the palace. There is also plenty to see in the palace - 3 tours through different parts of palace full of history and paintings, and the tower giving view over the whole town.

Especially if visiting with family, I'd recommend to take the risk of missing a tour at a particular hour and buy tickets on site, so the nice ladies in the ticket office can pick the best combination for you and your kids.

Afterall, there are plenty options to spend an extra time - one can visit the palace tower, palace gardens (there is even a small zoo inside) or have a coffee in one of the coffee shops at the main town square.

There are plenty of stairs everywhere in the palace, so wheelchairs and strollers might be in disadvantage. There are also no tours tailored for small kids and there are plenty of information in the hour-long tour that young children might find too boring to pay attention to.

An UNESCO world heritage site very off the beaten path of travel for the Czech republic. Highly recommend visiting here and Kroměříž in general for a very much less touristy experience of a beautiful place!

One of the highlights in the Czech Republic. The representative halls and the sala terrena are very impressive. The only downside is that little or no effort is made for visitors who do not speak Czech.
