Such a cool little homage to Gaudi! ~20-30 minutes west of Havana - must come and check out the amazing tiles and artwork all around this area. You can also go into little shops where folks are painting or making souvenirs.

We stopped here on the way to Vinales, but you can use the Hop-on-off bus route 2. There is a 100 CUP entry per person.

Wowowowowowowww. A new favorite artist and place. This incredible local artist has transformed his neighborhood and his home into a wonderland covered in whimsical mosaic art similar to Gaudi’s work in Spain. This site of artist Fuster took our breath away, the art is honestly competitive with the many masters of the world, and we couldn’t help but leave with a small original painting of our own from the shop. The artist and his family live on site and have transformed not only their space but the entire neighborhood all the way to the bus stop down the street! Incredible, a must see in Havana.

Went here in 2019 as a part of a excursion tour and it was an amazing experience. I loved the art, the culture and everyone that we encountered were welcoming. My friend and I stopped to have some Cuban coffee at a shop set up in the middle of it. Great experience!

What a pleasant surprise. Picasso and Gaudi influenced brilliant artist who expanded his skill throughout the neighborhood. Must see! Many local artists surround this house, selling their art too.

So very happy I made it to Fusterlandia. It is just amazing and, got not much to envy to Gaudi.
The fact that that Fuster also decotated the front of some houses in the neighbourhood makes the whole experience even more valuable.
It's very cheap to get in and you can get some souvenirs or even a great piece of art.
The ride is less than 25min from Old Havana and a great opportunity to see Miramar.

A must do :) at 20 mins from Havana downtown. Super beautiful site to see if the artist Mr. Fuster. You a few to pay at the entrance and some artisanal shop beside the site with some beautiful paintings.
They also provide you with a video in all the languages to explain the art.

Went here March 2023 $50cup each to enter, then you have to stand and watch a simple video about the artist and where you can go and cannot go in the museum about 3min long. When we went we were told that the fourth floor is off limits due to construction so I'm not sure if they fixed the fourth floor yet and can go. Please ask before you pay the $50cup. You will be AMAZED at what the artist has done with the place. When you enter you're welcomed to a beautiful sign made of broken tile pieces, lots of merchants, not much summer hats so that was a huge disappointment... Other than that it was a nice place to take bright and beautiful pictures with family and friends!! Highly recommend!!

This place has been designed elegantly and worth to visit for 50 pesos. But would not takes more than 1 hour and I recommend to combine with aquarium.
HAVE TAXI WITH YOU DURING THE VISIT AS YOU CAN NOT FIND TAXIS THERE.
We stall 1 hour to take a taxi. There is a see food near by (Santy Pescador) which worth to visit.

José Fuster has turned his home neighborhood into a masterpiece of intricate tile work and kaleidoscopic colors – a street-art wonderland that makes Barcelona’s Park Güell look positively sedate. Imagine maximal-impact Gaudí relocated to a tropical setting.
The result is what is unofficially known as Fusterlandia, an ongoing project first hatched around 20 years ago that has covered several suburban blocks with whimsical but highly stylized public art. The centerpiece is Fuster’s own house, Taller-Estudio José Fuster, a sizable residence decorated from roof to foundations with art, sculpture and – above all – mosaic tiles of every color and description. The overall impression defies written description (just go!): it's a fantastical mishmash of spiraling walkways, rippling pools and sunburst fountains.

In 15 minutes drive from Havana you see this Mosaic town. It is a cheerful place with lots of colors. Jose Fuster is for sure a very creative artist, it's worth to visit.

What a strange place to find on the outskirts of Havana. Getting there might be a challenge since you need to haggle a taxi who is out there to deceive you the moment they hear you are going to Fusterlandia.

The place itself is really unique. It is filled with slowly crafted buildings that are straight out of a drug infused dream. Pictures cannot give justice for how overwhelming it is since there is so much detail in all of the surrounding structures.

There are groups coming in after 14:00 so it is recommended to visit before that time.

An amazing neighborhood all tiled and decorated with whimsical designs. If you're into Gaudi this is inspired by him and his work, and I'd say it was about my favorite thing in all of Havana.

Worth the CUP’s to Get There
As the mosaic sign says this expansive mosaic artwork is an homage to Spain’s Guadi.
Getting there can be an expensive cab ride but an alternative is to use the Hop on Hop off $10 tour bus. Buy the tickets near the Green Park hotel. Ask there which route. At the La Cecilia stop which is the closest to Fruitlandia you have 2 more km to go. Hire a cab and offer $ 3-4. Once there the best restaurant is the first one on the right past the entrance. By using the tour bus and hopping you can visit the Hotel National and Colon Cemetery where Columbus rests. The statues on the graves are “catholic” personified.

This place is a must see in Havana!
It's a bit far from old town and Centro Havana but it really worth a visit!

An eclectic and quirky art project/home that is well worth a visit. Spiraling staircases and columns lead you through a colorful ceramic tile filled property that has a lot of character. It almost reminds me of the visionary art museum in Baltimore, Maryland. No fee for entry, be prepared to feel hot as there is no air conditioning anywhere on premise... it is Cuba after all. There is a bathroom with an attendant who you do have to pay for use of the facilities. No pictures are allowed inside the art gallery, but the rest of the property is fair game. It is about a 20 minute drive from the port terminal if you are coming from a cruise.

A really cool place just outside downtown Havana! Unique art pieces, with nice views of the city. Gift shop is nice too.

I am not an artsy kind of guy, and I didn't think I would be too thrilled seeing this. But after going there, I really liked it. The amount of time and effort this must have took is amazing. It was a really neat thing to see!
