Restaurant Melange

What an amazing surprise!! We had the best meal of the whole time in Cuba! The fresh and crispy patacones as a starter gave us the gist it was going to be great! The Elephant beer nice and cold. Pasta with homemade tomato sauce. And a delicious cream of pumpkin. It was so good we went back for dinner. And I even had an excellent brownie with ice cream. Staff pleasant and professional. Loved it al!.

Wow! What a great experience. Since that day we are missing the food. During our three day stay we discovered it at the second evening for dinner and since than we came back two more times. The food is amazing, the prices are very customer friendly and the cocktails are great too. The crema de calabaza as a starter or the gazpacho are amazing... And the pasta Napoli or the fish filet are also one of my favorites. It's a super nice place where they cook delicious and the service is very attentive and kind too. Great atmosphere

Very nice place, they really make the best with what they have. So there are not many options on the menu, but the options are good! Great staff and cocktails as well!

The price is very good for what you get. 6 CUC for a meal and they made the best Caipirinha I've ever had! The price for a cocktail was 3CUC (Oct. 2016)

We really liked this place. Food, staff and the place itself are 10 out of 10 (or on google 5 out of 5;)) We even came back because we liked it that much the first time. Muchas gracias. ☺

A place worth to stop by. Chic, glamorous and excellent combination of tradition with contemporary life. Bossa-nova music and a particular cuisine make the difference. A special mention to Damian, who seems to run the show taking care of details to make things look perfect. Lisaida is awesome as well.
If you come to Cuba and want to explore inside the island this is a must come destination and Melange indeed will make the difference for you!

The best restaurant in town. Perhaps the best in all of Cuba. quality. maybe a little better attention and present room since I was the only guest. (Does not apply to the waitress,
but the bar.)

Wir waren hier aufgrund einer Einladung. Das Essen war hervorragend! Der Service ebenfalls. Egal war was wir bestellten, es war lecker. Nur die Cocktails könnten etwas mehr Alkohol vertragen 😉.Können wir aber auf jeden Fall nur weiter empfehlen.

He llegado recomendado por el casero de Casa Particular y me ha sorprendido gratamente. Decorado con gusto, música agradable y la comida muy rica: croquetas, crema de calabaza, cordero, brownie con helado de coco… con leche de coco, ¡delicioso! Precios un pelín por encima del estándar pero muuuy económico para los turistas.

Lugar súper tranquilo, después de la remodelación quedo muy acogedor. La atención por parte del mesero de 10 la mejor que he tenido en estas vacaciones, los tragos muy ricos y la gastronomía de 10. Súper recomendado

Muy lindo lugar , muy buena atención y tengo que resaltar que hacen un café expreso excelente. Los jugos naturales también para recomendar. El Salon y el ambiente del público que lo frecuenta es de un muy buen nivel.

È un posto unico. Un menù fuori dal solito cibo cubano. Adatto a cubani e turisti stranieri. Personale premuroso, giovane e gentile!

Servicio de excelencia. Carta pequeña (como suele suceder en Cuba), pero elaboración exquisita. Precios aceptables incluso bajos para cliente europeo. Atención esmerada, lugar limpio y ambientación con muy buen gusto. Luminoso y agradable. Recomendable 100% para turistas que visitan esa ciudad.

Los visitamos desde España y quedamos sorprendidos por la genial bebida de coco. Excelente. ¡El resto fue también exquisito! Gracias por el trato, cercanía y buen hacer.
