Buen lugar para comprar buenos precios,si un poco lento ala hora de alistar los materiales y al contrario de otras ferreterias no te mandan el producto hasta que no lo pages.

I do not recommend buying the product from them. They do not listen to what you want. Example, we went there and made our choices of 2 modules and told them NUMEROUS TIMES to not build until I give them the ok to build because we was still
waiting on a permit to dig into the mountain to build a retaining wall. Well as soon as they got half of the deposit they called me 3 weeks later saying they were ready and when can they be delivered?!?!?!
Fast forward a year later and they are still harassing me for delivery. Finally got our permit and our wall is almost done. Now my problem with them is that those brand new containers have been sitting in the sun and rain for 1 years so I told them I want to hold a thousand dollars until inspection when they will be delivered on Friday. They told me it wont be delivered until I pay the full amount AND it has to be paid in FULL by Wednesday before I get them.
They’re words exactly…
“If the houses were here for a year it was because you wanted them that way. The houses have an average useful life of up to 40 years. There is nothing wrong with them.”

It is totally disrespectful to the customer and speaks volumes to me about the lack of professionalism in their industry. My fear is how long the product will last, and if there is a problem went it’s delivered will they come and rectify the situation?

A quien Pueda interesar: El producto lo acabo de comprar y lo que me es mas frustrante es que te dicen un precio y al momento de entrega te presentan con otros problemas para que tengas que pagar más. La transportación por ejemplo pedi que se fuera a ver la ruta para no tener gastos de más, se me dijo que no había problema, termine pagando $1000.00 dólares adicionales par que pudieran entregar el trabajo. Es totalmente una falta de respeto al cliente y me indica mucho la falta de profesionalismo en su industria de trabajo. El temor mio es cuanto durara el producto, si con todo lo demás han sido problemas. No recomiendo a nadie comprar este producto con esta compañia.

Compre un zinc estructural calibre 26 que si se compara con el de la marca metalco es como de mentira es demasiado delgado al instalarlo hay que pisar con mucho cuidado ya que se deforma fácilmente. No coincide el canal que tiene este zinc con los de otras marcas entonces hay que hacer injertos raros ejemplo si desea instalar una lámina transpatente común y corriente de zinc estructural hay que inventar para poder acomodar lámina. La aleta que cubre como tapa en el traslape entre lámina y lámina en el canal tapa es muy corto existiendo riesgo que se filtre agua.En definitiva no recomiendo comprar el producto ofrecido recomiendo otros como metalco para evitar dolores de cabeza y gastos de más. A un año de instalador es lleno de herrumbre.
