Paradise Bay Boutique Hotel

Fabulous! My daughter and I stayed here and had a great time! From the moment we walked in we were accommodated with personal and professionalism. The room was beautiful and clean! The pool was clean and with a swim up bar. The highlight was the staff! Can’t say enough! They went above and beyond! From reception, to the manager, cleaning ladies, and most of all restaurant staff! Mario, Eric, Brandon, Charles and chef were all exceptional! Some of the most kindest, delightful, helpful crew I’ve ever experienced. I unfortunately got injured while there (at Manuel Antonio) and Mario and staff jumped in to help in the highest degree. I feel I have made lifelong friends, and will never forget these fine men. The food was also fabulous!! We ate breakfast(included!) and dinner there just about every night. So fresh! Their other off site restaurant is great as well and beachfront! Just down end of road, but they will also shuttle you there.. just know only til 9pm.. All around great experience. The owner has done an exceptional job in renovations and staff selection. A wonderful team. I come from a background in the service industry and family owned businesses!Kudos! Can’t wait to return!

The rooms are very comfortable. It’s comes with a kitchenette & dishes provided. The beds are firm, but very comfortable. The bathroom has good counter space & the showers are large. I received an excellent massage during my stay. They are still building the spa so the massages are done in your room. I enjoyed the food here as well. They are able to make vegan and vegetarian dishes and they’re very tasty. The Jacuzzi isn’t warm sadly, but the pool and jacuzzi both were a nice touch and has comfortable seating. There’s restaurants, and the beach but it’s a bit of a walk to get to. Also, the parking lot is a little muddy/dirty when it rains so be mindful when arriving during the rainy season.

We had a wonderful stay at this new boutique hotel. The large rooms are amazing, well decorated with pine accents, with kitchenette and sitting area. The pool area with swim up bar are great. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We felt VIP. Edwin was awesome as bar tender and serer. We will definitely return and tell all of our friends about our wonderful stay.

Excellent Hotel! highly recommended, rooms are clean and spacious. Pricing is very affordable and the hotel is located right at the entrance of Los Suenos. The staff is amazing, they all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Restaurant is also amazing, they accommodated our request to cook some fish we had caught and everything was delicious! We would definitely stay there again. Book here, you will not regret it!

Brand new hotel with nicely decorated rooms. Everything is made to make you feel like a VIP. The beach is only five minutes’ walk, you have their private sunbaths nearby various restaurants and in case you don't want to walk, the hotel staff can bring you there with a small "buggy". The complete staff in very friendly, helpful, trying to accommodate all your needs... The hotel's restaurant is also providing delicious and fine cuisine for affordable price. We had an amazing time in the Paradise Bay Boutique Hotel thanks to the owner and her team and definitely recommend this place as it will remain one of the best accommodation we’ve stayed in Costa Rica.

Wow , it was amazing the best part of my trip to Costa Rica . First I have work in the Hospitality industry my whole life . At some of the Best in the Country of USA . The Broadmoor Hotel , The Garden of the Gods Resort in Colorado Springs Colorado . So I am a little picky. I loved it . The pool was great ! The Food was Great. The Room also …. So very comfortable. The most important thing for me is service . Mario, Charles, Edwin, Eric, Edison and the front desk were great and caring. They made our stay special .My husband was not feeling well and Edison took us to the Clinic and they all showed concern for him that was so touching .. thank you we will be back !!!!Kim and Joe

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Herradura needed this. Brand new hotel with spacious rooms and modern setup including towels, soaps, and minibar. Feels like an international hotel not a typical tico hotel. The restaurant is also top notch (a little pricey but it shows in the quality of ingredients and preparation.) easy walk to the beach but they also have a golf cart shuttle. Old reviews said there was construction and its a dirty neighborhood but I didn’t see any. They are ready for business. Herradura is slightly cleaner, less crowded, and smaller than jaco but jaco is still close. Nice to have an affordable and yet super nice new hotel in herradura now

Fantastic hotel very near playa Herradura- rooms are spacious and modern, good air conditioning, lovely pool with swim-up bar, amazing restaurant for meals, nice terrace for sitting and seeing the mountains. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe mit Pool, Poolbar und Restaurants.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gute Lage mit Shops in der Nähe.
Zimmer war sauber und sehr groß.
Das Nachbargrundstück, wo sich der Parkplatz befindet, ist nicht hübsch. Aber es gibt einen Sichtschutz für den Poolbereich.
Frühstück ist a la carte, sehr lecker.

Es un granito de oro en el de cierto. Muy bueno sus platos todos buenos ya casi los he desgustado todos y todos me gustan. Muy precios flexibles. Sillas muy comodas y ambiente exelente puedes compartir con tus seres queridos. Parqueo exelente. Lo recomiendo.

Tout est parfait. Les chambres, la déco, la piscine et le spa, le petit déjeuner et le personnel très attentif. Le tartare de poisson un délice. Recommandé à 150%

Muy confortables las habitaciones. Con aire acondicionado y con Smart Tv. Camas muy cómodas. El baño amplio y con agua fría como caliente. El desayuno muy bien, muy buen sabor del Gallo
Pinto y demás acompañamientos. Lo único malo es que el vehículo hay que dejarlo fuera del hotel, pero tiene seguridad nocturna para vigilarlos.

Excelente estadía. La atención y el servicio de restaurante fue muy agradable. Muy recomendado.

Excelente hotel boutique, muy cerca de las principales atracciones y lugares turísticos, la atención es de primera y las habitaciones son amplias y acogedoras.
