Family of five. We stopped by on our way to SJO airport. Best breakfast we’ve had in Costa Rica! They make their own jam. Fresh fruit and great service. The ambiance is beautiful too. Highly recommend.

Generous portions of well-prepared food. Quick service and take-out available. The marinated fish appetizer (ceviche de pescado) is served with patacones and is almost enough for a whole meal. Ceviche had a bright citrus taste without being sour. Chicken and rice dish was plenty for two people unless you are starving. Roadside between Crocodile bridge and Herradura, but set back enough that road noise is not bad.

This restaurant is definitely worth your money. We paid $20 per person in average, and we've ordered a whole fish, seafood and fried rice with shrimps. The service was great, and the food tasted amazing. It was a fair price for the quality of food that we obtained.

Very reasonable prices! The French toast was awesome but they have a wide variety of options. Friendly staff! And free wifi. Would return there anytime!

The place was totally empty besides our group, but it can't be from the food. The food was fantastic. They have a large, diverse menu which usually isn't a good sign, but I can't see any of our dinners as being anything other than cooked from scratch (well, maybe excluding the side veggies, rice, beans... you know, that kind of stuff). I also tried my friend's shrimp dish--incredible. They have Wi-Fi and are bilingual.

What a gem! This was way better than any breakfast spots we have tried in central Jaco including Rustic and Kathys. My husband decided to get the chicken sandwich as breakfast item and customizing it with scramble eggs, he loved it! We are original from here visiting from US and I can tell you pinto was delicious! And the added treat of grilling the cheese was amazing! My recommendation for owner would be to spend a little more on advertisement specifically for street so drivers can notice the restaurant more. My recommendation for googlers is to just go! We plan to visit for dinner and will update once we do.

I don’t know where to start…portions, taste, service, PRICE! You have to visit this place if you’re in the area.

We had a breakfast stop here (as our hotel wanted to charge us unreasonably prices for a breakfast).
The variety to choose from was excellent, the food very tasty (indeed the banana pancakes were a highlight) and the natural fruit juices were also delicious. And all this for very reasonable prices.

Absolutely delicious breakfast! Best banana pancakes I’ve ever had. The eggs were so fresh and tasty. The passion fruit pineapple smoothie and the strawberry banana smoothie was the best we’ve had on this trip. And my daughters ceviche was just perfect.

AMAZING food! We were blown away with how big their “patacones especial” were! It’s enough for a full meal between 2-3 people! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they were able to accommodate my allergies easily and actually were very knowledgeable about celiacs disease and (wheat/gluten). The owner is the chef and our food was made to perfection- Go here!

Delicious food, good service. Only restaurant in this price bracket that we found to offer free coffee refills (great coffee at that). Would definitely recommend if driving by.

We have stopped in and enjoyed the tuna salad numerous times over the last four years. Never disappointed with the service or the food.

All meals that we ordered were delicious and fresh. Especially the Ceviche Peruano made of Seabass.
