Good food, great view.

We had lunch here out of desperation. As soon as you get close to the bridge it is clear that it is a tourist trap. I did not really want to eat here, but given that our Son was hungry, we sprang for a burger here and we were mildly surprised that this place was pretty good and the prices were not outrageous.

If you read the reviews here, you might wonder why there is such a great range. Perhaps the customers who ordered a la carte and ordered western dishes might not be happy. As in any tourist area, the parents are stressed out and order familiar things. If you take a deep breath and look around, you will notice all the locals eating giant plates of stuff. The thing to do in this restaurant is to get the buffet and go pick out what looks good to you. Their staff is not fluent in english, but don't be deterred by that. The buffet is excellent and full of very interesting dishes. Do this if you go there.

Get a smoothie from the fruit store next door.

Loved the food. A good place to eat if you want to watch the crocodiles by the river.

For any seafood lovers out there, their seafood fried rice is AMAZING. I highly recommend it. I passed by this place last summer and I want to go back to Costa Rica just to eat the seafood rice. I still think about it to this day! And get the house made hot sauce!

El puente de los cocodrilos es una parada obligatoria así como este restaurante, la comida es deliciosa y el servicio es muy bueno, el ambiente a pesar de ser ajetreado por la cantidad de personas que se encuentran siempre por ahí, no es pesado, ni agobiante. Totalmente recomendado!
Si tienen que pasar por esta ruta no pueden perder la oportunidad de disfrutar de este lugar.

Rustikale Einrichtung = Holzmöbiliar, aber total funktionabel. Sehr laut durch den Lärm der vielen LKWs die auf den Highway vor der Eingangsfront vorbeirauschen. Aber: sehr schmackhaftes Essen zu super günstigen Preisen. Man kann sich etwas von der Menükarte bestellen oder auch direkt vom Buffet aussuchen. Ferner, super Getränkeauswahl: von der Hopfenkaltschale bis hin zu div. Tees, Kaffee, Limonaden, große Smoothiesauswahl oder auch div. Batidos ist alles vorhanden. 1A

This is the best food we have had in Costa Rica by far! Very tasty food! The beef brisket was excellent! The portions are humongous, great low price! And Shirley was super friendly and sweet!

Buffet delicioso y muy variado para todos los gustos, también cuentan con servicio a la carta, excelentes precios, la atención súper. Parada oficial si vas hacia Cara, Jaco, Manuel Antonio o alrededores. Desde el puente se pueden ver los cocodrilos, es la principal atracción.. 💯👍
