Soda La Parada

Wow. Local, authentic and super yummy. We ordered all vegetarian. Lunch includes a fresh juice and breakfast includes coffee. Lots of loving local people stopping for food, which is always a good sign 👁 🔑

I almost don’t want to post this review because I want this place to remain a secret. But sadly I have not moved to CR yet so I’ll share… for all of you who want an “authentic” Costa Rican food - eat here! Family operated and everything from chicken to fish was amazing. The naturales were yum and the beans… they were not just some lame beans. They were seasoned so well!

The lady who took our order and served us was great. Very friendly and very helpful with making our food selections.

Wonderful Soda! Delicious chicken. Friendly service !! So good we went back for huevos rancheros and breakfast tacos the next morning !!! Can’t beat prices and service !

For food at a local bus station, you'd be surprised. It is great and plentiful and inexpensive. Been here a few times and go back with my guests. Definitely a good place to eat local foods.
