Nancy was the best concierge I've ever had the pleasure to work with. The restaurant and bar staff were so nice and pleasant, and my husband and I had the best experience. Would 100% recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

I stayed here with 5 friends and we all repeatedly praised the service of the staff during our week long stay. They went above and beyond for us and made their little slice of Costa Rica feel like home, as well as a truly relaxing vacation! The villas were clean and well stocked, internet was reliable (for those of us who had to put a little work in), and the grounds were lovely, filled with lush jungle flora and fantastic animal sightings. We also had a cute little iguana who came and said hi to us on our patio most mornings. The food from the restaurant was excellent and healthy, and their smoothies by the pool was a vibe like no other. :) I am going to recommend Tiki Villas to anyone I know who visits the area, and hope to be back one day!

At the end of our Costa Rica round trip we spent 4 relaxing days here. The hotel is clean, the rooms very comfortable and the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Only the road, especially the trucks, below the villas can be a bit noisy (it didn't bother us). We had a good time here.

Where do I begin with our stay at Tiki Villas... My wife and I were there on our honeymoon and the staff did such an incredible job to make us feel at home. Both Keven and Gerald were there at the drop of a hat and went above and beyond for anything we needed. Our interactions were mostly with Keven and Gerald, however, the entire staff was so helpful and pleasant to be around.

The property was so quiet and not too far from the beach. One of our favorite parts of our stay was watching the toucans and the occasional monkey from the pool with a drink. It was the perfect location to spend part of our honeymoon in Costa Rica.

I am normally not one to write reviews, but I have NEVER had a better experience at a hotel. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and stayed for 4 nights at Tiki Villas and we felt like royalty. The staff- Luis, Gerald and Keven knew us on a first name basis and were amazing resources when it came to booking the most affordable taxis, calling ahead to restaurants and ensuring we had the best table and views. They were great sports allowing me to practice my spanish...patience of saints!

Anyway, please stay here. Everything is clean, the food is amazing, the views are incredible and the staff is even better

I came to Costa Rica to visit friends in mid-December (2022), but also wanted to do something for myself and get away for a couple of nights. After extensive research, I settled on Tiki Villas in Uvita and could not have been happier with my choice. I was seeking a place that was in the rainforest, yet near the beach, and had a pool and restaurant, and I found it! The booking process was easy and the communication from the Front Desk Supervisors months before my arrival gave me comfort in knowing the room was book and my requests were being honored. I was also able to book a spa treatment well in advance of my arrival. When I showed up, the atmosphere and services were beyond what I expected. The layout of the lodging allowed for privacy and immersion with that natural wonders of the area. The room was extremely clean, the air was on and indoor temperature comfortable, the kitchenette area stocked with items for meal prep, the indoor/outdoor showers large (with instant warm water) and the private veranda perfect. The infinity pool was clean and comfortable and there were plenty of lounge chairs for guests. What was most memorable was how incredibly helpful and friendly the staff were. Diego and Gerald were super helpful and attentive and Christian working the bar and restaurant was professional and available. The kitchen staff also needs a shout out because everything I ordered off the menu (breakfast, snack and dinner) was absolutely delicious. The spa treatment in the room opened to the rainforest was the icing on the cake - outstanding! And throw in the toucans, howler monkeys, iguanas and other visitors - it was the getaway in paradise I was hoping for. Would come back here in a heartbeat and will be recommending it to friends and family.

We absolutely loved everything about the villas! The service was incredible. Diego, Kevin and Gerald were so kind and answered all of our questions. They helped with setting up transportation and were so personable, we genuinely enjoyed all of the staff. Housekeeping kept our room looking spotless, so comfortable, clean and beautiful views. We will be coming back!

The Lodge was exactly as we had expected. With style and a balcony with views over the trees to th Pacific Ocean. Picture perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the staff that prepared our Lodge every day to the staff in the kitchen. Truely a memorable stay. Not forgeting the wildlife that's almost at your front door. We felt like we were in the Zoo and the animals were visiting us 😍 Thank you Tiki and thank you Costa Rica ❤🙏🏿❤

Tiki Villa was absolutely an amazing place to stay at. Super close to the beach, and yet high enough to have an incredible view of the ocean. From the moment you walk up the pathway, this place truly transports to you into paradise. Not only is the views absolutely spectacular, the whole crew there goes above and beyond to take care of you. Each of them made us feel super comfortable and had incredible knowledge of the area. Every morning, they would greet us with a warm and friendly smile, and genuinely interested in helping our experience to be incredible.

Thank you, Gerald for sharing so much plant knowledge with me. As a plant-lover, I loved learning about the plants and the ecosystem Costa Rica has. Also, we appreciated how you always seem to be one step ahead of us, knowing what we needed even before we asked.

Thank you, Diego for making our experience go flawless and easy when setting up specific adventures, like snorkeling. Diego's hospitality to foreigners that does not speak the language like us, genuinely helped booking our adventures stress - free and super easy. It was honestly better hospitality than this other high end place we stayed at.

And of course a huge shout out to Gabrielle for making us feel like family while we were there. We truly appreciated you pointing out all the wildlife, sharing where to go eat, and what local places to check out. Our experience would have been completely different without Gabrielle, and honestly words can not describe the gratitude we truly have for him.

The villas were beautiful with amazing views and an open air restaurant and infinity pool to die for! The staff- Matt, Gabriel, and Gerald took wonderful care of us- seeing to our every need from help with bags, information, bartending, and serving at meals. The villas were nicely appointed with gorgeous porches with views and sliding glass doors to bring the outside in. There was a really cool outdoor shower in addition to the indoor shower. It was a relaxing and wonderful stay. I highly recommend for adults and honeymooners.

We stayed here for 19 days as a base and I am REALLY pleased we chose Tiki Villas!
My first and main reason are THE STAFF - they are incredible and I really mean that. Gabriel, Gerald and Mark looked after us like we their own family. They went above and beyond (even AFTER working hours) to make sure our stay was the best it could be. I cannot say enough amazing things about these guys. They run everything (reception, waiter, cocktail maker, helping sort issues in the whole place, helping us sort excursions/bookings), all without any complaints and sometimes they are working on their own - NOTHING is a problem.

The food was lovely and so fresh, we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there a lot and every time it was extremely tasty and beautifully cooked. And they catered for me mixing things around too. It is the healthiest holiday I have had - food wise as the cocktails are too good to not drink every day!! Gerald and Gabriel are the best cocktail makers! so much so you want to start drinking daiquiris for breakfast.

The grounds are really well maintained and clean, the pool is kept clean by professional pool cleaners so you know it is safe to swim. All staff make sure that everything is kept 'covid free'. It is in the middle of the jungle but have a beautiful view of the sea (which is really close).

The villas are large and beds huge, even for my 6ft 4 husband. They are kept really clean. However, I must say that the owner really should spend some money on upgrading the Villas, as they need a bit of fixing up as they are a bit worn (paint/fixing blinds/mosquito netting/kitchen cupboard fixing). The water had issues often, but saying that the staff jumped straight on the issue when we reported it but he needs to upgrade the water system. I would normally take my rating down a little for this BUT this would disrespect the staff and the hard work they do to make everything perfect for your stay amongst this. If I could I would give them extra stars! We visited his sister hotel (360), which was beautiful (great views/staff/food) and you can see how much they have upgraded that, so it would be lovely to see a bit of love from there to Tiki. But, I am still pleased we chose Tiki Villas to stay.

You can hear the road a bit as it is just off the main road. If you sit in quiet, you will see and hear an abundance of wildlife from birds to monkeys. I love the fact that it is illegal to feed animals in Costa Rica, so they don't come into the villa and you get to see them being wild and living in their environment. If you are staying here PLEASE PLEASE bear in mind that it is a peaceful and tranquil place, so have respect and consideration for other guests if you decide to do a conference call, video call or play tik Tok/instagram videos. GO TO YOUR VILLA. Tiki Villas is small so the restaurant is small and open next to the sun beds by the pool. Many people are escaping life/noise/work and you have to value that. This is not the place to go to work on calls in the communal area where others are trying to switch off. This is not a complaint about Tiki Villas at all, but guests with no consideration.

I made a reservation to stay at Tiki Villas after reading many positive reviews on the Internet. Unexpectedly, a situation came up that prevented us from traveling, I was worried about what that would mean for us and I spoke to Marc Roca B, the manager. He told me he would speak with the upper management, which he did, and promptly got back to me with an excellent solution. He is very friendly and accommodating so if he is leading by example, I’m sure the staff is similarly positive and helpful. I look forward to making a new reservation.

This is a small lodge, nestled up in the jungle with a very exclusive vibe. The views from the pool and restraunt are fantastic and the staff take care of you. The rooms are great little cottages, they dont feel "hotel". Close to Uvita and many other places to explore.

Ronald and Gerald really went out of their way to be helpful. My wife arrived with a very sore back and Ronald arranged for a great chiropractor. He also arranged a great Mangrove trip and a special dinner at their sister property for my wife’s 65 birthday.

Breakfast at restaurant very good. Pool very enjoyable.

Rooms were very nice and site in rain forest overlooking the ocean was gorgeous.

We will definitely be returning.

Tikivillas was an awesome experience! It was a short drive from the main highway to their parking lot. Tikivillas overlooks the forest with a view of the Pacific Ocean. The accommodations were excellent with one wall all glass with an outside deck to sit out on with that awesome view. There was an infinity pool and nice restaurant.

All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They let everyone know that were howler monkeys in the trees and let us use their binoculars. The food and the service was awesome. Definitely a place to stay and relax and enjoy nature!

What an incredible Place in the Paradise.
This Place has all you need for recharge your batteries. Its simply pura Vida. Great Infiniti Pool with a look over the Rainforest. The Kitchen is also really Good. And lost but not least the Staff is really friendly and helpful.

We stayed 3 nights in mid-December 2013. The customer service was fantastic, the lodgings were remote and peaceful. The dinner and drinks were 5 star each night (they were just starting up their dinner service). The only negative for us was not having a rental car, we were stuck using expensive taxis to get to town. Uvita is not very big and didn't have much to offer. A definite piece of paradise, and we plan on going back (with a rental car). There were howler monkeys and toucans and hawks.

It felt like were treated like A-list stars on our own little island. We also enjoyed chatting with the other guests staying there. No children and 10 adults max on the property. A perfect recipe for serenity.
