We went here and it was extremely helpful! We had friends stranded in the airport without a shuttle. They laid out every option -- including cost and timing. They were so friendly and spoke perfect English. This center also offers information on different tours and restaurants in Monteverde, as well as transportation options. If you have any questions about your trip, I would highly recommend stopping in here!

The staff here was very helpful. I had misunderstood and thought the saint elena cloud forest had a bus going multiple times a day but that was to the monteverde forest. The staff member called the shuttle to make sure they would pick me up from the chamber so I could get there. They have lots of resources to get all you need done in saint Elena!

The ladies here were quite helpful. We waited on the side of the road closest to the espresso cafe here for the shuttle service to the clouded forest and the Santa Elena Reserve (cost $2 USD = 1200 colones). They were helpful in directing us.
