Great environment and amazing service. They were very nice and helpful in ordering in English. I had fajita chicken and wife had shrimp tacos a must stop visit on route to jaco!

Really great food and stop on your way to the Quepos/Manuel Antonio. The staff were really nice there and the vibe with the food was really good. I had a teriyaki chicken and it is the best one I’ve had!

I visit Costa Rica 2 to 3 times a year and travel from San Jose to Quepos. La Hoja Verde is 1 of my favorite stops with family and friends, or just by myself. Great food, attentive staff, inside and outside seating. The drinks are top notch and not expensive. The pasta is impressive but the steak my father in law had was worth more than they charged. Good people, quality food in a simple setting. Try it, you will want to right a review too, after you write in the blackboard walls. PURA VIDA is worth enjoying

Driving from Manuel Antonio to Arenal and stopped en route. Best tacos we’ve had in a long time! Great service, environment, and atmosphere. Thanks so much for a great lunch for a bunch of Americans who didn’t speak Spanish and making it a great stop!!
