My husband's and I's experience with Michael Simons and the other Mike was nothing short of phenomenal. These gentlemen gave us an intimate tour of a list of properties we were interested in. These gentlemen blew us away because they took time to show us the town and the neighborhoods, including grocery stores and restaurants.

We called Joseph Emmanuelli once again when we decided we were interested in finding a larger place in Playa del Coco. We had previously used his expertise to find our little condo at Sunset Hills. We knew he would help, and we weren't disappointed. Joseph took us to a few places quickly showed us *exactly* what we were looking for *again*. Not only did he help us, he arranged some very smooth transactions which helped us immensely. We sold our first property in less than a day and managed to close the second property the very next day. I messaged him day and night and he was cordial and understanding at all times. We now have our new home and are adding a few special touches. His experience has once again been invaluable to us and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Joseph helped my wife and I look around this past summer. He was truly gracious and friendly to spend 2days showing us the area and too many properties to count😉
He even helped us with many questions and recommendations before our trip in preparation. It was a sampler of multiple areas up and down the Guanacaste coast from Langosta to Hermosa. We ultimately chose on a property outside of the Hermosa area in Potrero which Tres Amigos doesn't not operate in. I wish they had as we'd love to give Joseph the sale. I highly recommend if you are looking for a vacation home in the area. Very friendly, courteous and honest person to deal with.
