Zi Lounge

I ate here a lot. The staff were all great and spoke English perfectly. Happy hour drinks go hard here. The food handling I seen was excellent. I tried everything but the snapper and I’m mad I didn’t looked great. Highly recommend.
This has been one of two places I was able to eat at without becoming sick. The food in Costa Rica really didn’t mix well with me.

Great food and vibe! This place is not too far from the beach. We loved all the dishes we ordered and portion sizes were good. Must visit if you are in the area.

We had drinks here almost every day during our trip to Coco and always enjoyed it. Santiago was always a happy and friendly face to see at the front and we’ll miss coming back. They serve up some nice drinks and thin crust pizza, with good service

Probably the cheapest, yet strongest, drinks in Coco. Food is always good. Pizza is considered the best in Coco. Wings are the best in Coco.
Overall a good value for money. Free parking at the back as well; access it from the slip road across from New China
convenience. All staff speak English and are friendly and helpful.

A great beachside restaurant! We had a great time here. The happy hour drinks were delicious and well priced, the staff was friendly and the facility was clean. There were also 2 local cats who came in. The pizza was good, I wouldn't get it again but it was a very unique combination with the seafood. Overall a good place to stop when visiting the beach.

In the heart of downtown with so many food choices to have a wonderful pizza and cocktail was great. Our service was so kind. The pina colada was so delicious and derived in no time! Would recommend to anyone. This is a kid friendly restaurant. The atmosphere was great, sitting outside to bar, tvs, and a walk up to go on the side of restaurant if you wanted to go and take back to the room with you.

We got a chance to experience Coco Beach and ended up eating at Zi Lounge. The above Costa Rican dish, pizza, and drinks were very good. If you're ever at Coco Beach stop by Zi Lounge.

Happy hour prices were way less than the beach bars. It's worth the walk. The pizza was delicious. Liked that they didn't let the street vendors in. Bathrooms were clean.

They offer happy hour 11am-7pm. You have the option to pay in colons or US dollars, they have the price displayed. The drinks were mucho delicioso. The platanos were equally filling, so much so that we barely ate any of the chicken quesadillas, don’t worry you’re able to get a to go box so you can finish it later.
Apparently it turns into a dance club around 1130pm, it’s on our list of things to do😎

Great Pizza. The staff is very friendly we even got a quick tour if the pizza ovens! My daughter is allergic to milk and they were accommodate.

We had a hard day shopping…..ok, my wife shopped and I just kept her company :-)
Anyhoo, we stoped in at Zi Lounge to have a quick snack and a beer. We ordered Fish Fingers & Quesadilla with Chicken. WOW!
For such a couple of simple appetizers did we ever get a surprise, the fish fingers were filled with Dorado (Mahi Mahi) these were not the typical processed fish fingers you get at CoOp in the frozen food section. The fish was juicy and tender, cooked perfectly. The batter was so light and crispy but not thick snd greasy like so many restaurants do in north America.

The Chicken Quesadilla was FULL of mozzarella cheese (or the Costa Rica equivalent) lightly spiced pan seared chicken was stuffed in there generously.

Also, the beer was cold and well priced 😀

Love this local spot, the sangria was incredible !!!!!! The bartenders spoke enough English to order and have a great experience. They were patient with our horrible Spanish and overall very kind people. We ordered a coconut from a vendor outside the space as well, it was delicious to drink! AND they took VISA!!!!!!!!

Def would return !

Best cocktails in town made by Brian! He comes up with delicious drinks based on what you like. My favorite drinks made by Brian were his spicy strawberry basil martini, spicy cucumber jalepeño margarita and spicy jalapeno mango rosemary martini. Come during happy hour (11 AM - 7 PM) and get $3.50 or $4.50 cocktails. On Wednesday they have $3 tacos (shredded beef taco was good) and $4 margaritas all day long. No one else knows how to make these drinks and they're not on the menu so make sure you find Brian and tell him you saw this review. We had such a great experience we came back 3 nights in a row!

Nice big place. Our waitress was conscientious and spoke English very well. Steak, chicken, and quesadillas ordered were very tasty. Portions were more than fair. Full liqour bar.

Amazing place for dinner and entertainment! There was a guitarist and a singer who did phenomenal, unfortunately I didn’t have a picture of him, and a flamenco dancer who performed amazing with her daughter. Our meals and drinks (happy hour) came up to $55usd.

I arrived early to my hotel in coco beach, so went out for lunch, my first lunch in a larger city in costa rica for over a week. Oct 2022
- I ordered the Meatlovers pizza, it was very good, exactly what i was expecting.
-The waitress was very nice, she asked about my trip, and when i said i was in san jose she talked about how she was from there.
-The hostess that seated me was nice and told me the seats to avoid because it was hot in the sun.
-It was not very busy at the time, around 12:30 pm wednesday in october 2022. food came fast
-It looks like there is a DJ table and Night dance club setup for later.

Great drinks during happy day. Tasty hot chips and friendly smiling staff. We've been a few times. Thank you we look forward to returning.

This place was awesome. The food was really tasty (even the beans) and the blueberry mint hookah was fantastic. Its a lounge in the back and played hip hop/reggeton for ultra cool vibes. Recommended!

We had the best Pizza and Buffalo chicken wrap the other night. The food was hot, perfectly spiced and a super good portion size. The service can be a little slow, but what the Hell, I'm on vacation !
