Good solid bus terminal with great food and coffee. Everyone is helpful. They try to keep you informed. Everything is there you need for a bus journey including great night buses.

Kinda safe, ull see quite a few western tourists there 2. Foodstations r clean, they dont tell u wrong prices and can ask them for extras for money. Take the taxis in the taxi station n ask the woman in the box first for prices or direction. Ask 2 or 3 different ppl before taking a bus many busses go to the same direction but not the same busstation, be safe. Take care, eyes open like everywhere and you will be perfectly ok.

Easy to get around : on the ground floor all the bus company office and on the upper floor you can grab your bus. Also plenty of little bars where to grab some fast food

It was clean and a lot of buses always going to and from Cali. There are stores there and the bathrooms are clean.

Pretty nice bus station, as soon as I arrived I went for some coffee and the place even had WiFI it was just a good experience.
