Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal

The staff at this hotel is especially attentive, and genuinely kind. My Wife is mobility challenged, which can be difficult at a mountainside resort. Upon arrival, this staff immediately assessed the situation, guided my Wife to a mobility lift, assigned us to a room with no steps to climb, and for the next five days made every effort to make her stay comfortable and enjoyable. We left the resort rested and restored, which was exactly what we wanted. Thank you.

Road wasn't great, but once there it was amazing. The 4 different hot pools, the water fall with the fresh cold pool at the bottom, was all beautiful. Service was perfect, everything was clean. Food was delicious and fresh.
Spent 5 hours here and could have spent longer.

A magical place. Gorgeous waterfall, lots of green. Great spring water pools. It's really deep into mountains. Transportation is a must. There are morning and afternoon shifts. Plan your your trip to take advantage.

We were recommended to stay here by our friends and we are so glad we did. I expected the Termal baths to be full, but being part of the hotel complex, at time we could find a pool to ourselves.

Be aware the atmosphere can get cold which can make the rooms feel colder. The rooms were well arranged and you will not spend too much time in them with the perfect temperature of the Thermals waiting outside.

This place is beautiful and I would certainly recommend hiring a car. The choices for food are limited without traveling out quite a distance to get something. However for a few days the hotel menu is sufficient.

We really enjoyed our stay! The different pools were always hot and a nice way to relax. The rooms are nice but need ventilation. None of our close dried and lots of things were slightly damp during our stay.

It's truly a special place. We arrived at 8:30pm and left at around 11pm. The waterfall is majestic, but the water is frigid! Afterwards, we went to the termales which are large man made pools with a fountain in the middle where the warm/hot water emerges! I sat in the thermal for about two hours and it was really relaxing. I will definitely try to return in the day!

This is a public park that is done correctly. The thermal pools are sufficiently big and they have 4 of them with 3 restaurants serving different types of food. The waterfall as the backdrop is spectacular. We had a great time even if there were people who are inconsiderate, which happens at every place.

What a beautiful and natural place. The personnel always kind and responsive, clean and organized installations. The main attraction is a complete pleasure.

Great place all around ! Except to pay American prices but also have a nice experience.

Points to be improved:
* Too noisy rooms (in room 207, the noise of the kitchen was heard until after midnight; this stops us from having a nice peaceful sleep.
* In room 204, loud music was heard until 03:00 a.m. The three guests there could not sleep.
* Service at the restaurant took too long ( more than 1 hour) for lunch.
* We have to wait for more than three hours for the pools to be filled out on 08.10.2023. Nobody explained to us the reason for this delay.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but the visit was above our expectations.
The place is stunning, and the water in the pools is wonderful and hot.
Everything is very organized, including coin operated lockers.
Don't forget to bring towels.

What an excellent experience… thermal waters and an exceptional hotel.

I love this place the views are amazing any time, night time, it's the best time to enjoy the quietness of night and chill. I highly recommend this place and it's a friendly place to hangout with family

Absolutely spectacular. Favourite place to visit on my tour of Colombia.

Amenities, food and staff all excellent. Four outside pools to choose from some of which are heated from the waterfall.

Location is out of the way and the road to access is not great.

Went with friends from the U.S. they loved it, we have been before, and will continue to take our visitors when they come, always a good time.

If you are nearby this is a must visit, 10/10 experience and gorgeous location. The thermal pools are very hot and relaxing. Beautiful waterfall. Perfect evening activity aswell since the therm pools are hot while the outside temperature is high. Buy the entrance ticket with food as the price difference is very small and you get a good lunch with a hot beverage.

I can not give stars for the rooms or the service because I only went for the day to use the thermal pools and see the area. If you have a day to spend around Pereira, I would definitely recommend going to the Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal. Even the drive there is stunning because you will get to see the nature of the area with its birds. It's a beautiful place with one of the most breathtaking cascade waterfalls in Colombia. And you get to sit in the hot spring thermal water and relax. The premises are nicely done with respect to nature and you can take some beautiful photos of the waterfalls since the path going up to the pre.ises allows you for some beautiful views. I would never miss the experience.

One of the most beautiful places I've been to. The hotel sites over a river and several waterwalls with amazing views of the green mountains. They have plenty of pools at different temperatures. Each is cool ok it's own. The rooms are clean and elegant. It's a rustic looking elegant place. The staff is attentive.

But this place is just so relaxing.

One of the most beautiful hotel locations we have ever been to. Our room (junior suite with waterfall views) was incredible. Restaurant was excellent. Pools are so incredible.

What an amazing spot to come relax with family. They have a few hot pools but you can always go to the waterfalls to refresh with some cold fresh water. Experience is amazing, definitely make sure to reserve ahead of time and go early to beat the rain. Would come back and bring some family so they can enjoy this amazing spot
