Hotel Casablanca

Hotel staff were very accommodating, held our bags since we arrived early so we could go exploring while we wait for check in. When we arrived back staff carried our bags to the room and showed us the room, which was very clean. Hotel Casablanca was literally in the center of town and on the beachfront which made it the perfect location!
They have four restaurants on site. We ate at two of them while we were there. Casablanca Restaurant and Sea Watch Caffe, both were delicious.
Although the street is very lively at night, we did not hear anything and slept very well.
The staff is absolutely amazing at this hotel. They are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. English friendly as well.

Love this hotel,English friendly, great location, and friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast buffet is A1 also, they do a good job of switching up the options. I was roomed inside by the pool and hot tub area and I heard none of the street noise I see others complain about. Pool closes at 7 if that’s a concern so there weren’t any parties in the premises. It has walkabilty to everywhere on the northern side of the island. They work very diligently to keep it very clean inside your room and especially outside in the common areas. I’ll definitely be back.

I felt really comfortable in this hotel. The service was good. The locations really convenient for people who want to be close to the beach, also the buffet in the breakfast was full of options.

Best hotel on the island by far. From checkin to check out, everyone was very friendly, and helpful. The rooms are spotless, and organized and they don’t have any smell or humidity issues (which is common with seaside hotels)
Breakfasts are incredibly delicious and you can have them in the restaurant area which has a great view of the beach. They also sometimes have live musicians, which is a nice touch.
The facilities are comfortable and you can easily move through the hotel, and even though is located on a highly touristic area, and you will see music playin loudly on every corner, once you enter the hotel, you can hear a needle dropping on the hallway, the rooms are extremely well sound proofed and you won’t hear anything at night.
Only negative comment is that the pool closes at 7pm. So if you like swimming under the moonlight, bad luck.

Other than that, extremely happy with our experience and would definitely come back and recommend in the future.

Let me start to say that San Andres is an Island therefore you will find a couple of things that is very different than a city.
Tourist complain to much.
The location is the best on the island because everything is around, bars, restaurants, shoppings, the boats to go to the small cays and the rentals mules. Of course the noise will be there at night so be prepared for the noise. In summer times get a little bad because of the amount of tourist in the island, but just relax and enjoy the vibe.
The hotel has 4 restaurants with fantastic food.
About the service, tourists has to understand that is island people, so they are doing their best, so just wait a little longer and relax instead of complaining.
The island has a heat problem , causing condensed situation inp some areas,, but again just relax and enjoy.
I stay at room 412 and I WILL COME BACK ANY TIME FOR THIS PLACE THAT I JUST LOVE IT.
YOU MUST TRY IT.

The tips are optional and a lot people don't give and threat the island people calling them lazy.

The BEST hotel in San Andres Island .
The location is perfect in the Malecón in front of the beach , stores and restaurants .
I booked a bedroom with three single beds , very spacious with a big bathroom and breakfast included (excellent buffet breakfast , included Mimossas !) .
The hotels is kept in excellent condition and all the staff tries their best to provide great service .
There is a big, nice pool and four Super nice restaurants, we ate there every single day . Food was very consistent and prices were very fair, specially at the Sea Watch Cafe Restaurante , (no reservation needed at this one ) we tried the pastas , pizzas , ceviche and burgers . All great . All four restaurants are very nice decorated .
Congratulations to the staff and management for their efforts to provide such a good option in the Island . Will be back soon !

A must go if you're visiting, with 3 restaurants and bar on site. Great place to bring family.

It was a really good experience!

The restaurant does not have a google page so I am leaving this review for the restaurant Casablanca. It’s the best restaurant on the island by far. The ambience reflects a fine dining experience, and you have the option to order from 3 restaurants (casablanca’s menu, the italian menu next door; and the seafood menu from mahi mahi).
Every time we’re there, they have a singer with dreads for hair and she is fabulous. She makes the vibe very classy. You can request songs from her as well. We love to hear her sing Lauryn Hill. The food and wine is great also! You can’t beat this spot, it’s a hidden gem of the island. We will stay at the hotel next time!

My family and I went for a week in June and it was such a great experience! I highly recommend this hotel! The staff, the food, the rooms, the pool, everything was great! Have no complaints! We stayed in a room right in front of the pool, and the beach was less in a minute walk from our room door!

Luxurious place. Great meal. This maybe is the place where you will have the best eating experience in San Andrès. They have both great meal and reception. You can choose which type of cooking you want to have, Italian, international or even more! I definitely recommend. A must go.

It's a regular hotel, so if that's what you're looking for, then you've found it👍

Wonderful restaurant. Ate here multiple times and was always completely satisfied with the food. Best restaurant on San Andres in my opinion. Should have stayed at the hotel and will if I return.

We had a nice room with balcony and ocean view. The view from the restaurant and location are unbeatable. It‘s directly on the beach and in the middle of everything. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

RESTAURANT Casabalanca offers a great
dining experience and its forte its
caribbean food. For starters the crab grinders are awsome. For main dish we simply ordered the recommended the Paella Marinera, big enough for two. It includes not only shrimp, prawns but also a lobster tail! all an the rice have a smoked flavour that makes this dish incredible. The margaritas are also pretty good. Price its a bit high but ok.

Just awsome. The best piña colada i had in my life. The staff is amazing. We just loved this place.

Great hotel that is being renovated and has a all inclusive plan that includeds national drinks and and food. Great for those that don't want to venture too far and has three great restaurants.
