Very professional service, very similar to service in the U.S. with just slight differences in documents required by national authorities, fair pricing, nice, reliable car, for those not used to driving in Colombia I would recommend insurance with full coverage, which I did.

The service and attention by the entire staff in Barranquilla Airport was superb. David particularly is super pleasant, professional and accommodating to produce a great customer experience and make your agency our 1st choice and of all our business affairs across the northern part of the country. The agency was attentive and prompt at all times when we requested assistance or had questions.

The Santa Marta agency, agent Estrella was amazing as well, along with her partner that day. We needed to switch our vehicle and the two ladies could not be more service oriented. I noticed the way they dealt with a very demanding and somehow rude customer while we waited, they truly used golden gloves to please this particular customer.

Thank you for having quality personnel.. it’s not easy to find. Will recommend and will continue my loyalty as client

Excelente servicio. Me atendió Miguel Ángel en la oficina de una manera muy profesional. Todo estaba en orden y exactamente como lo había reservado. Por disponibilidad, no tenían el carro de la clase que había reservado, y me subieron de clase sin costo extra.
El carro, un Renault Duster, estaba prácticamente nuevo. Miguel Ángel también me explicó sobre el tema de pico y placa.
Al devolverlo también me atendieron de una manera muy satisfactoria. La próxima vez que necesite un carro, a National voy.
