ONOMO Hotel Douala

Nice and peaceful hotel. Good service with great food

Extremely efficient and functional business hotel. Good location as close to both airport and city. Brand new, hence everything's sparkling, so are the courteous staff. Good breakfast and meals at their all day dining restaurant. Tango bar on the first floor is great for a pint and chat after work. Hotel styling is modern chic throughout and in the rooms too. Small but gives you a spacious feel. Will be back in future for sure.

Check in was very fast, all meals buffet. I watched Cameroon world cup match at the bar, I don't speak French, but it was a lot of fun with the lively people. The swimming pool is very clean, rooms clean. It's a place to stay.

For a 3 star hotel onomo did a fantastic job. I enjoyed my stay the staff are so helpful and courteous. The buffets are always a delight. So much intentionality in everything.

Didnt visit the rooms, just went for drinks at the terrace next to the pool. It is a very nice spot for getting fresh air in Douala, the cocktails are god and the staff were super friendly. We will definitely be back. Given the outside terrace and the friendliness of the staff I am led to believe the hotel services are also good, therefore I recommend!!

Stayed here the last few days of our vacation. Rooms were clean, hotel tidy, dinner buffet was awesome, staff very helpful and patient, local art pieces for sale was a nice touch. Only minor thing we wish we had was a fridge in our room to keep water/drinks cold.

They also allowed us to keep our luggages in a secured room while waiting on our late night flight. They have airport shuttle which you can schedule to take you to the airport for free. We were also lucky to get a great deal on our room through the airline company we flew with.

Could not believe I was at a hotel in Douala, Cameroon. From security, check in process, to airport shuttle. Just amazing. Sound proof rooms, super clean rooms, great food and staff. Power outlets for domestic and foreign appliances. Would stay there every time am in town. Only item I would have loved to have was a scale to weight luggage before leaving for airport. 5 stars !!!!

This Hotel is just amazing, it is very beautiful the costumer service is very, it is very clean and the food is just very nice. It is true the the food is not affordable for lower class since a plate of food is 10000 FCFA at least. But view that it is a 4 starts Hotel it is justifiable.

Secure location in Douala a few blocks from the police station, 10 mins to the airport with free airport shuffle, delicious and fresh food, clean environment, affordable rate and excellent customer service. We enjoyed our stay.

I find Diane Silue, the Reception Coordinator, simply amazing with a great sense of leadership for humility, excellence, and continuous improvement. She definitely was able to apply the core concepts of the "LEAN METHODOLOGY," a leadership concept that made TOYOTA CORPORATION, one of the best car companies in the world. I was returning from Kribi, Cameroon, to tackle some major real estate challenges. I simply needed room to shower, refresh, weigh the luggage before heading back to the airport to fly Air France back to the United States of America. Her accommodation was simply genuine, sensitive, beyond the principles of hospitality. "She definitely thought outside of the box," as we say in the USA. It is with enthusiasm that I would recommend ONOMO HOTEL, DLA-BONANJO to all Cameroonians in the US Diaspora traveling home for business, family, or pleasure. The hotel is located in Douala-Bonanjo, safe, well-designed, cozy, and comfy, splendid to say just a few! I couldn't be any proud of the quality of service provided and the hospitality!

Nice tasty food, good ambiance, polite and helpful waiters,clean environment. I have been there several times for dinner - the salad bar is 👌🏾👌🏾.
