The room was air conditioned and the bed perfect for sleeping. Breakfast was magnificent and the staff was gracious and accommodating.

Great customer service. Rooms are smaller than you may be used to if traveling from the United States. Rooms are absolutely spotless. The beds are very comfortable. I slept like a baby. However, the sofa bed is not an actual "sofa bed" that can sleep an adult. It's just big enough to sit on. Wifi is truly high speed which I love. They have a restaurant on-site and a pool.

IBIS Douala is very good Hotel to stay in Douala. They have free pick up and drop service from Airport. Rooms are good as same like other IBIS Hotels. Continental breakfast is very nice. Staff is very cooperative. Online booking of IBIS has better rate. Always book online in advance.
