What a gem! Very service focused team, wonderful varied menu that offers both healthy and delicious dishes. The wine list is extensive and the desserts creative - also delicious! Great value for money in a beautiful private atmosphere and location, very close to the beach but without as much traffic. We would definitely return - we wanted to come back the next night we were in Puerto Varas but they were closed on Mondays. Next time!

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent vibes. Great experience and the prices were very affordable.

This place is gorgeous in an understated way. We ended up in the obvious places on the lakefront the day we arrived in Puerto Varas and weren't especially charmed but then once orientated this place cropped up. Lovely food, great service, spectacular views over the horrible touristy restaurants to the stunning scenery.

A hidden gem in puerto varas. Delicious, unique food with great flavours and nice views above the city of the lake. We had the gnocci, chicken and shrimp curry, stir fried meat with rice and the hake - all dishes were tasty and served promptly. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

During a tour of South America this was best food I've eaten, hands down. Fresh, cooked with care and simply delicious. I only wished I lived closer to eat there regularly. Highly recommended

my boyfriend and I have been in Chile for 5 months and this was one of our favorite restaurants! Really creative and delicious menu. Do NOT skip dessert! the "Bomba" was absolutely amazing! staff was incredibly kind, view was gorgeous, and the interior was decorated so cute and beautifully. 10/10!

Wow. This places was a hidden gem. Staff were very friendly, view was spectacular and the food! Best potatoes we have ever tasted. The desserts were exceptional and full of new flavours.

Very cute restaurant with a nice view on the lake and most importantly dome delicious food. We got the pumpkin soup and the sirloin wok, which we can really recommend. Definitely, 5 out of 5 stars!

Lovely place to have lunch. It sits above the lake with some views. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is lovely. We enjoyed the food which had a very creative Asian influence including dim-sum.

The restaurant is a wonderful time to spend with friends or a partner. Dinner was well prepared. The staff is proud and hard working. The entrees were creative.

If I had to make a recommendation it would be to not pass up on the dessert. Their green tea mousse dessert was absolutely fantastic.

El Humedal was one of our favorite restaurants in Chile! The restaurant is adorable, with great decorative touches and beautiful serving dishes and teapots. The view of Puerto Varas is amazing. The service was friendly and prompt. And the food was delicious!! We would definitely recommend El Humedal to anyone in Puerto Varas.

Great restaurant a little off the beaten path, but close to town. Nice decoration, and outdoor patio filled with plants. Good food, I'd highly recommend the chau fan rice with seafood, amazing. Great bread too. And very friendly service. A bit expensive but worth it.
