Inés was an excellent host and was extremely helpful not only in creating a package to suit us but also in giving us tips for the rest of our time in Santa Cruz and even beyond. The wine was very tasty and the bike tour was a lovely way to explore the vast vineyards. Would highly recommend for a fun, informative and friendly experience!

This age-old family winery offers some of the best red wines from the Colchagua valley. The family history is quite unique, along with the grounds that are in pristine condition, including the original family chapel. As a result they offer an incredible selection of fine wines, worth tasting.

Inés was a very pleasant tour guide, as well as wonderful resource for all things Colchagua Valley. She was able to show our group around the vineyard and winery. Such a beautiful part of the country, with wonderful gardens. I'm excited all the plans they have for the vineyard. I plan to visit again if given the chance

Spent a wonderful morning at Encierra. Inés was a great host and she shared lots of information about the history of this quaint winery that is owned/operated by a Chilean family that has been linked to the world of wine making for generations. We strolled through the beautiful vineyard, received a tour and great detail about the fermentation & aging process and thoroughly enjoyed the tasting of 4 of their delicious wines. Would highly recommend booking a visit.

Ok I usually don’t share exceptional reviews for fear of a place becoming too popular. Kind of like fishermen not giving gps coordinates of their favorite fishing spots. Here I must make an exception. Encierra Winery located in Peralillo near Santa Cruz Chile is an exquisite boutique winery hosted by Ines Patron. What a consummate wine professional and super individual.
The wine tour was head and shoulders above the volume producers. What set this experience apart was the attention to detail that included a personalized picnic at a private Quincho up on the slopes of the property . On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this overall experience an 11. Great job Ms. Patron in making this such a memorable experience

We had a tour by the owner of the vineyard. We tracked down the winery after trying the wine at a restaurant in Puerto Varas. It’s a small vineyard, not commercialized. Really good wine! Descendant of the Los Vascos winemakers.

We had a lovely time at Viña Encierra with our hostess Ornela. She took us on a tour of the beautiful vineyard and unique concrete wine tanks. She also explained the vineyard's history and process they use to make the wine. And most importantly, Ornela connected with us on a personal level which made the experience that much more special.

We did the Icono tasting which includes their Porel wine which is very special. Our favorites were the Vineyard Reserve (a blend of 5 varietals) and the Carmenere. It was a delicious tasting overall and included nice snacks.

We will definitely visit again the next time we are in the area.

Une belle visite du domaine avec la merveilleuse Inès: l’histoire de la famille Eyzaguirre Echenique s’ancre dans la terre et la culture du vin. Je recommande en particulier le Carménère, excellent cépage subtil et épicé.

Sin duda uno de los mejores tour que con mi esposo Ariel hemos hecho. El lugar es muy lindo entre cerros, ricos vinos que maridamos con una tabla con quesos. Felicitaciones porque tienen a una excelente representante que es Inés, muy agradable quien hizo que nuestro paseo fuera muy entretenido, nos contó la historia de la viña y conversamos de varios temas, muchas gracias Inés😉 los recomendamos 100%

Tomamos un tour en la viña. Su dueña muy amable e Inés, quien nos guió en un tour también. Respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y se tomó pacientemente el tiempo necesario para conversar con nosotros. El lugar es muy lindo, y full recomendado en Otoño.

Viña Los Vascos 를 설립한 Echenique 가문이 Rothschild 와 Viña Santa Rita 에 Viña Los Vascos 를 양도한 후 설립한 Boutique Winery. 이름은 달라졌어도 전통은 살아있었다. Carmenere 도 좋았지만 역시 Porel 이 정말 훌륭했다. Vanessa 의 친절한 소개와 설명으로 더욱 즐거운 Tour 였다.

Vinos exquisitos y excelente atención. Nos presentaron todos sus vinos y la venta es muchísimo más económica que en el comercio tradicional (alrededor de un 30% off)

Un hermoso lugar, atendidos por Ines quien nos mostró la maravillosa historia de la Viña y la degustación de unos ricos vinos, quedándonos de todas manera el Carmenere Encierra…recomendado 100%

Ich hatte heute das Vergnügen und durfte die Tour inkl. Lunch auf diesem wunderschönen Weinanbaugebiet erleben.
Die Tour wurde von der Besitzerin selbst durchgeführt, ihre Leidenschaft und die tiefe Verbundenheit zu dem was Sie tut war von der ersten bis zur letzen Sekunde an spürbar!
Die Erläuterungen über die Geschichte des Weingutes und die verschiedenen Rebsorten selbst war ausgezeichnet.
Zum krönenden Abschluss durften wir ein wirklich köstliches Mittagessen in den Weinbergen selbst erleben.
Ich würde diese Tour jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wünsche jedem die gleiche positive Erfahrung welche ich machen durfte! ❤❤❤
