This is a Punta Arenas institution. I herd about it from a host in Santiago who was from here. Its pretty retro styled and the two times i visited it was full. There is only 2 options of stuffed mini breads and some banana milk and tea and coffee available. They are delicious and after tasting a few you will want to come back or take a few extra for a another snack.

Delicious, fast, and friendly - simple menu where they make everything well. Great for a snack or app or get a few for a meal. Cute retro counter with a few seats and always busy. They accept credit cards!

The banana milk is so good. It’s a must have! Inside is a bit chaotic but we managed to grab two seats at the bar. Very tasty little sandwich. Very affordable

A local institution by the sound of it. Feels like a retro diner with lots of things on the wall supporting the local University. Very cool! It was packed when we were there, but we got seats and service is lightning fast. However, with how busy they are it can be hard to get their attention after placing your initial order. Low prices for the amount you get!

Food options are basically two stuffed breads plus banana milk, coffee, and tea. Highly recommend trying both breads and GET THE BANANA MILK! We were skeptical but it was completely worth it.

Recommend stopping here to grab a snack, and take it in

This place was recommended by a friend we met on the road who is from Punta Arenas. We were not disappointed. The Choripanes y Choriquesos are delicious and the banamilk and tea as well. Everyone working there was super nice as well. We totally recommend coming here.

Great place to eat a sandwich you'd only get in Punta Arenas. It's cheap and service is fast. We went as many times as possible to grab a quick snack.

Simple food but really amazing! Two kinds of sandwich, one goes with cheese; the other goes with mayonnaise!! My favorite is banana milk!!! The flavor is soooooo nice that I take out another one!!!! Really local and traditional small shop to explore!!!

Locally famous for a good reason! Yet many tourists the feeling of authenticity were not comprised. Super cozy and good breakfast options!

Lovely little stop to grab lunch at. The choriqueso is better than the choripan -- make sure to get at least two sandwiches per person if you're looking for a full meal, as they are quite small.

By far, it is the best gastronomic bite in the country. A Magellan tradition that remains unchanged over time. To all visitors to Punta Arenas, whether they are Chilean or foreigners, I cordially invite you to visit this unmissable local, at the end of the world.

Good cheap food - warm leche con platano was a really nice after a day out seeing the penguins. The choripan was simple and comforting.

Much nicer than their sister joint in Santiago. Cheap, filling and tasty. Quick service.

Oustanding place to nab a quick snack. Be prepared to wait as it's always busy (which is a good sign). I was the only non-local there (also a good sign). Delicious!

Simple but excellent "street food". Choriqueso and leche con platano take out. There's a line up around lunch time. But the service is fast and food worth waiting a few minutes.

We came here on a town tour with a local a d the choripanes were great. What a great stop for us out of towners. The people who own this place are so kind and welcoming.
