Such a gem of a find. We went in for late breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The owners are wonderfully sweet and the foot is super fresh and tasty.

Visited this charming café for the first time and had the pleasure of meeting Juan Carlos, who spent a great deal of time explaining the history and culture of mate. His passion and knowledge made it a truly engaging and fun experience. As a first-timer, I left not only with a great taste in my mouth but also with a deep appreciation for this unique beverage. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore new tastes and stories!

Wow what a great place! Juan Carlos and Marilena are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. They made us feel at home, taught us the perfect method to make the perfect Matte and served banana bread like only a grandmother could make! If you are in Puerto Natales find them and enjoy the hospitality of Nuestra Cafe!

Cute little cafe tucked on the edge of town. We went to get shown how to drink mate and we were not disappointed! Also asked if they had crepes (saw photos on google but didn’t see it listed on the menu) and they said if we had time they would make them from scratch for us. They were delicious!!! Ended up staying a few hours just chatting with the owners while they told us about the tradition of mate drinking and about life here in chile & in Argentina. They closed at 2 and we were prepared to pay to give them time for their lunch break but they said to not worry and we ended up chatting another hour or so. Really nice couple. <3

An amazing little place with the nicest owners, a husband and wife. They use a translation app (which works super well) and will make you things off menu if they have the ingredients. The food is straightforward, high quality, and super delicious. They provide great service and will engage you to tell you stories and teach you about the area. It’s a newer place and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Such a cute coffee shop. The owners are the sweetest people. The breads were delicious. They make the lattes the way I like them, nice and milky. My kids said it was the best hot chocolate they have had here. Such a cute family feel inside there. Like you are at home! Highly recommend stopping by!!

Amazing hospitality! A lovely couple run this cafe and make you feel right at home. We had breakfast, tea and coffee and it was all very tasty and reasonably priced. We will be back!

Wow this cafe far exceeded our expectations! We asked to try mate (our first time) so the owners walked us through the ceremony and culture behind preparing and drinking mate. We had such a fun time and learned a ton! They even brought us little snacks to enjoy while we had our mate experience. Such a lovely husband and wife couple, we’ll be going back!

After one week I found this little charming cafe. I have to say it was the ONLY place where I enjoyed the food and the experience of eating in this town. The best prices of puerto natales by far.
Don’t make the mistake to go for overpriced bad quality places because you will regret it. Instead come to this cafe and order the cheese and ham sandwich. The owner is a chef and it’s a family run business. They come from Argentina and have great conversational skills and gastronomic culture. Great vibes. Order mate they will teach you how to drink it. Recommended 100%.

I had a great experience here. It had been a long time since I had tried mate, and Juan Carlos gave me an introduction which was very informative. This place is a hidden gem, and if you like to experience local, authentic culture, this is the kind of place you would like.

My friends and I tried maté for the first time here and the owners gave us a full lesson! They were so kind and patient, teaching us about the culture of maté and answering all of our questions! They far exceeded our expectations to make sure we had a great experience. I’ll be going back soon!
