Excelente experiencia en servicio! Lo he visitado 3 veces en años distintos y quienes atienden son muy facilitadores y agradables! Quienes no se alojen aquí, pueden ingresar igualmente a la zona de la piscina y beber un café, bebidas y licores! Se agradece esa cercanía y simpatía!

Comida exquisita, con productos locales, excelentes combinaciones y sabor. Muy recomendado.

Very solid restaurant. For us it was very nice to experience the hospitality of the staff, the care taken into the products and the portions. Also we loved the interior of the restaurant and the vibe (we need that Spotify playlist ;-)) They offered a menu with three courses, all with three different options to choose from.
The price/quality ratio for me is good and I would recommend it to people going to Huilo Huilo. For them to go one star higher, I would experience a bit more finesse in the last attention to details. Think of serving the really tasty tomato soup at a warm/hot temperature instead of luke warm, and the falafel plate that was one of the options on the daily choice having a bit more authentic Arab flavors put into it (cumin, coriander, parsley, etc), or the garnish to the plateada a bit more flavorful and exciting.
I do not agree with the person here that says the dishes are too small. Maybe if you are used to massive plates with a two persons quantity of meat or fish and a lot of fries or other carbs on the plate: yes it could be too small for you. If that is your thing, do not go here.

Ricas preparaciones, pero con menús rígidos y sin opción de elegir a la carta. Al parecer es por época de pandemia, pero aún así platos muy bien logrados y esmerados.

Lastimosamente es exclusivo para huéspedes, no pierdan tiempo en preguntar por el Restaurante.

Las 4 estrellas las doy solo para no afectar la puntuación.

El hotel y restaurant es muy lindo. La carta muy cara, con platos que en el papel eran muy tentadores. Los 4 platos que pedimos fueron muy pequeños, con pedazo de degustación y sin sabor. Prometía mucho y defraudó rotundamente.

Pedimos el risoto de marisco y nos tocó solo 2 mariscos, 1 cola de camarón y 1 ostión, bastante decepcionante comparado con el valor.
No volveríamos.
