Lincay es un pueblo muy pequeño ubicado al sur de Puqueldónen la isla Lemuy.

El camino es de tierra y durante el verano no presenta mayores problemas excepto tal vez si tienes un city-car.

Vale la pena pasar por aquí si tienes auto y tiempo para conocer mejor la isla.

Ubicada en un pueblo que todavía conserva un espíritu totalmente chilote, sin afanes turísticos. A unos pocos pasos de una playa para observación de distintas especies de aves.

Iglesia típica chilota (no patrimonial).
Muy bien cuidada, de hermosa arquitectura y emplazada en un lugar muy tranquilo de Lincay, Isla Lemuy.
Para poder ingresar a ella se debe solicitar permiso a personas de la comunidad que posean la llave de la puerta. Generalmente estas personas son muy gentiles y dispuestas a acompañar al turista.

Lemuy Island is an island in Chiloé Archipelago, Chile, off the eastern coast of Chiloé Island. There are nine villages on the island. On the north coast: Puqueldón Aldachildo Ichuac On the south coast: Chulchuy. From here the ferry leaves for Huicha on Chiloé Island. Lincay, with a wooden church dating from the beginning of the 20th century Liucura, with a wooden church which was built in the middle of the 19th century On the east coast: Detif Puchilco. In the wooden church dating from the 19th century there are paintings by the Peruvian artist Miguel Gamarra In the middle of the island: San Agustín, the only village which is not on the coast.
