What a great experience! I recently started looking into high end audio equipment. Isik was very informative and helpful in explaining the nuances of tube and solid state amplifiers. He was able to efficiently demo three different amps using a turn table and DAC as music sources. I was able to listen to music based on my personal taste. Isik's no pressure, relaxed approach shows his knowledge and confidence in the products he promotes.

I had the great pleasure of dealing with Isik at Apple Tree in my quest for a nice turntable to add to my system. Isik was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He truly wants his customers to be happy with their decision. My sense is he really just wants his customers to be able to kick back and enjoy their music. I give him 6 stars!!

My first phone call with Isik confirmed that he truly wants to help his customers find the best solutions, and in a very friendly way. I had an excellent experience dealing with Isik at Apple Tree. I had done my research over months…reading reviews re new speakers…and I settled upon 2 options: KLH’s Model 5 and its Kendall. Electronic communication had us making an appointment to meet at the owner’s home. A basement listening room with Isik’s undivided attention helped us make our decision. Great product (Model 5) and a great purchase experience! Apple Tree…highly recommended.

I reached out to Isik to purchase a set of KLH model 5 speakers and at the time he had them on order. They eventually came in and he reached out to come audition them. He was very accommodating and I never felt rushed while I was at his place. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I appreciated his honesty. Found out about this place while Google searching a specific speaker. Sure glad I found this place. Don't be intimidated by some of his equipment. Isik will work with you to find something within your means.
You can shop at a chain store and buy some equipment that will play music, or you can buy from Isik and you will play music that truly moves you.

I had low expectations contacting the owner of Apple Tree, Isik Kayan, since it was a new store to me that I have never dealt with before, but I ended up buying an amazing product from him, and acquiring an excellent dealer hopefully for the long term.
Isik impressed me with his knowledge and demeanor, his willingness and patience in demo-ing equipment, and the high quality lines of audio equipment which he sells. He also had the right equipment to demonstrate the amazing sound so I can hear for myself and make my own decisions. I also want to mention the unique venue of his store which adds charm and made me immediately comfortable - different from your run-of-the-mill audio dealer in a strip plaza.
In short, this was a very pleasant shopping experience and Apple Tree will be my go-to place for high-end audio equipment going forward.

Isik is incredibly knowledgeable and covey’s it in language the non-technical audiophile can understand, ensuring you get the equipment that you will enjoy for years to come. Isik is a dedicated lover of music and provides service of the top tier. Shortly after I bought a pair of speakers from Isik one of the drivers blew (as a result of a defect in my own receiver). Isik sourced the driver, had it shipped to his house, met me halfway and helped me to install it on the spot. I recommend his service to anyone looking for used audio equipment.

I would like to start off saying Isik was the best .He was so helpful with everything and answered all questions that i asked .He is very knowledgeable on the turntable that i was interested in and he suggested different options for cartridges which i really liked according to the information i gave him him about my stereo .He also accepted my Pro- ject turntable as trade in towards the new one i purchased .If you are in the market looking for high end components don't go anywhere else go to Apple Tree Automation ,Sound and Cinema and ask for Isik I highly recommend him he knows his stuff !!!!! Isik is a straight forward guy and I feel I have known him for a long time. If you need some gear for your audio equipment (newbie or experienced) check out his shop and him out, he may offer you and suggest stuff that you never believe. I recently attended a demo product and clearance event at Apple Tree. Wow, what a pleasant surprise. This place is truly a hidden audio gem. Isik is very welcoming and knowledgable. There's no pressure sales here either, on the contrary, I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed and was able to really enjoy the whole experience. There was even record cleaning available at the event. I highly recommend for you to check the place out, you won't be disappointed. I know I will be back.
