Supplement King Lethbridge

Customer service was amazing! Even though the store was busy, and I clearly have no knowledge about any of the products, they were patient with me and took the time to not only answer all of my questions but also literally teach me about the products they sell. At no point was I being "sold" something and their explanations were easy to understand and helped me make my decision so that when I left the store I knew I was leaving with the best product for me. If you are looking to confidently end up with the right product for you and learn a little while you're at it I cannot recommend this place enough!

Only place in town I’ll buy supplements. The staff are always cool and ask if they can help you find something specific of something similar. Best selection and prices as well, by far, and the sales are incomparable.

It's a nice place with nice selection, the protein shakes are great At a good price. Sky is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about any questions you have.

I had a great experience today. Derek was able to help me out with a plant based protein, along with some advice on other products. I will for sure go back.

Bad service. Staff member ignored my partner while she was looking in store, continued talking loudly to a friend (or regular customer) about how annoying it is when customers ask 'dumb obvious questions'. Staff member proceeded to be unhelpful and dismissive when my partner asked for assistance/ advice on instore products.

Not the first time we have found the Lethbridge store unhelpful. Will not shop here again.
Comparatively we've found the Medicine Hat store very helpful and would recommend them any day of the week.

I went in asking specifc questions and the person working wasn't very helpful. She knew a little of the products, but didn't take my questions seriously. I will come back, but hope customer service is better.

Customer service was very poor, they have zero knowledge about supplements or proteins. Didn’t even attend properly. Looks like they aren’t interested in selling the products.

The lady that works there is a miserable bat. Don’t waste your time here go to Lethbridge supplements.
