It’s a reliable one-stop-shop with excellent facilities and a customer-friendly atmosphere.

The store is fantastic, with a wonderful team of people working there. I also appreciate the concept of receiving extra gifts when you make a purchase above a certain dollar amount, in addition to earning Optimum points. However, I would like to make a request to the management regarding a concern I observed on weekends. I noticed that there were numerous customers with full baskets, including families with kids, waiting at the checkout counter while there weren't enough staff members available. This resulted in customers being directed towards self-checkout counters. While I appreciate the convenience of self-checkout, it may not be suitable for every situation.

Always clean, fairly straight forward in organization, has both cashier and self checkout options, usually pretty well stocked, staff is generally friendly.

Good selection of food, the store has always been clean and well stocked when I go in. I live 45 minutes away, so I don't go very often. Happy so far with the store.

Today , around 11-12noon, I was looking for a loaf of Dimpilmeier Rye bread and there was none on the shelf where I purchased the previous one. An employee who was stocking thhe bread shelves saw me searching and asked me if she could be of any help. I told her about my search, she looked, then said "there is one still in the back". And she went and got it for me.
Thank you to this wonderful lady, she made my day and my shopping experience at your store a wonderful experience. Thank you again!

I am an older women who inquired at the self check about a Superstore card. The gentlemen working yesterday was a tremendous help. In between helping other customer's he helped me set up a PC card. Wo! Wo! I feltso awesome at his ability to bounce back and forth helping others and then helping me when others didn't need sevice. He was also older like me. I think Oriental. But I think you should give this man some kind of award for his service! He was outstanding!! We had people laughing all around us! Lol! Wonderful experience. Gifted worker you have there . I want to say his name was Bruce but don't quote me on that.

Always greatly stocked ,but unfortunately, their produce always looks old and not fresh. But other than that, great store and very helpful staff. Very clean.

There was lots of food and the staff was very nice. The do do Scanning Code of Practice. I also think there Pepperoni sticks are a really good price. They also had really good looking cooked chicken with two different flavors.

This local grocery store is my go-to spot – convenient, friendly, and the perfect go-getter for all my food cravings.

despite the occasional teller who seems a little aloof of their positions, the better part of all the staff here are really friendly and truly deliver a great experience.

its a really clean and seemingly well maintained store, the few times that I have found a mess in my many years of shopping here, the janitorial staff have always had it dealt with before I had the chance to leave the building.

they have dedicated curbside delivery stalls for parking along with multiple handicapped stalls both at the front of the parking lot and mid way down for people who still feel capable enough to not need an upfront space, but may need room for assisting devices.

their produce is always top notch fresh and well cared for with the damaged or near-end-of-shelf-life product being marked down to reduce waste.

their in house Pharmacists have always been beyond professional and extremely helpful with any questions I have had in the past. their attention to detail and personal recognition on a first name basis is truly commendable.

I have seldom experienced any flawed experiences while visiting this store.

the staff at this location truly deserve a ton of beneficial outcome for their work and dedication to this locations upkeep, public relations, quality of product, and product knowledge.

I can, with confidence, say that this is the best grocery/mini-department location i shop at. hands down, without a doubt.

I always prefer to visit this place for grocery shopping. Today i was served by Barl , she is the most humble and sweetest person I have ever met there.
Her smile made my day. She is hard working person and her way of communication is superb. I really like her service. She is the best!! ♥

Visiting the area for work. This is store has it all! Super nice employees and very wide selection of every food imaginable. You guys rock!

Love the discounts, especially when you have your PC optimum app or card. You earn points faster than any other store when u get the items of the week. You can even save the items for later purchase so you can still get the points.

I love that it's like the good old super stores with not just food, but you can get some clothes and different kitchen needs in a pinch. Staff are nice and knowledgeable. It has a good layout for it being so big it flows very nicely

The store was well stocked and very clean. I was exteamly pleasantly surprised at the vast selection of everything and the great prices. Wish this store was in my hometown (Penticton) as we were just visiting family in Lethbridge and went to get groceries there.

I;m giving five stars to the young lady who helped me find my cellphone. Yesterday when I was packing my groceries, I put my coat in the cart because I was getting hot. My phone fell out of the pocket and into the cart, and then when I realized my phone was missing after leaving the store, I went to Customer Service to ask if someone had turned it in. The older lady who works there just told me that nobody had turned it in. I looked some more for the phone in the store, the parking lot, and the outdoor cart shed where I had put my cart. I went back to CS to ask again, and the same lady gave me the same answer, then a young lady who works there got more info from me regarding my name and other phone number, then she offered to call my cell number on her phone. We heard my phone ring in one of the carts parked inside the store, and I got my phone back! I was so happy and relieved. She was very helpful and professional. The older woman, on the other hand, seemed quite apathetic and unhelpful.
