Had a fantastic experience with Pamela R. (Cosmetics Manager) at the cosmetics/skin care section today. I'm not sure why there is a bad review of her here as she was one of the very few store employees who came up to me to genuinely ask if I needed help. Most people might shy away if needing assistance, but Pamela was patient, kind and non-judgemental.

With her 20+ years of experience in skin care, I was blown away by her honesty and not making me spend a fortune and trying to upsell me. Thank you Pamela for your assistance and I am truly happy with my purchases! You have helped me save a lot of money prior to coming to the store as I had no idea my skin type is different than what I thought I had. Your helpfulness means so much and please keep up the great work!! Highly recommend if you see her in the cosmetics/skin care department.

Adam and Gary from the photo lab did a wonderful job with our photos. We needed a lot of photos in different sizes they did it perfectly, like how we wanted, and the photos were ready in no time. Thank you for giving your best.

The young man at the post office was very friendly, helpful and quick. I must give this location five stars for his excellent service.

I wanted to share my experience after visiting there recently. I had the pleasure of availing the customer service provided by Ritambra, and I cannot describe how delighted I am with the exceptional experience I had. She exceeded my expectations in every way from beginning to end. To make sure that every little detail was taken care of, she went above and beyond. The service itself was of exceptional quality. Additionally, the degree of communication throughout the procedure was outstanding. She made sure I was comfortable and informed at every step by giving me information and swiftly responding to my inquiries. This significantly improved my overall experience and gave me faith in their skills. Keep up the phenomenal work!

Today I came in to the photo dept and i was graciously assisted by Juvraj who was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. I needed some help and he was happy to provide me assistance. My service was extremely fast and my order was set for 24 hour pickup but i got a ready text after 1 hour, amazing!! Overall, i was delighted by not having a hassle or having to flag down an employee who'd sigh under their breathe in hopes I don't see them and i somehow figure it out solo. I hope you know how valuable of an associate Juvraj is!! Cheers and many thanks!!

LD-Wessex has the most helpful, friendly and caring staff. They share a giggle or two with their customers and have sought me out within the store to update me on my order status; given expert suggestions regarding my photos; and prior to an employee's vacation speeded up my order wait time by personally retrieving it from another LD store. How could you not want LD-Wessex to be part of your neighbourhood? WTG LD-Wessex!

Amazing service , there was a long line up but employee name Simranjit Kaur on customer service desk was very quick, friendly and professional she knew what she was doing and answered any confusions i had about the offers on display i have been in the store before she is definitely the best employee they have

Kingsway Branch. Accommodating and friendly staffs! Met Winnie K. she assisted me from finding the best products and even recommended some things for me.

I would like to start off by saying I had an ABOVE and BEYOND service today by the WONDERFUL Jason D. in Electronics!! I've been assisted by Jason since before the pandemic, even getting some headphones and each time he has been insightful, overly attentive and eager to make my experience as smooth and hassle free as possible. When corporations and franchises continue to expand and generate millions, they may forget or undermine the sweat of "the little guy" who holds the pillar on his shoulders, hence the backbone of the company. Being that London Drugs is Canadian owned and In our present financial turnover , it's important to retain, assure, reward and genuinely value hardworking and dedicated employees. Also considering retail tends to have high turnover, it's a blessing when you have a good team. I am a regular at the London Drugs (Wessex location) and I had exceptional service from Winnie K in the Cosmetics department. She was very friendly, professional and had a lot of product knowledge. I appreciate the time she spent with me to go through some of my options. Her customer service was top notch. I have also let your head office know about her excellent service as well.

The post office has long hours, open 9am-9pm Mon-Fri, 9am-7pm Sat and noon - 4pm on Sundays

I had a great experience here. I was lost, looking for some things. The guy who help me was a great person, he speaked spanish, so It was great to deal with him

The staff were amazing here!!! Very kind woman at customer service helped me when I smashed my olive oil all over the floor. She quickly replaced my item, and all the other items that were covered in oil. Also three other staff members came out immediately to help clean it up. Really great job and thank you! This will be the London Drugs that I go to from now on.

Great London Drugs barely any people at all and large parking lot outside. I wish there was a larger ice cream section. The chocolate section is massive and I really like Milka chocolates, kinder and Maltesers

I would like to give commendation to WINNIE KWAN of London drugs Cosmetics. She offered me help when she saw me that I have lots on my plate carrying some stuffs that I wanted to purchase. She was very kind & helpful.

Rain checks and price matching can be requested with lesser popular items available for order, along with hassle-free refunds. It's this service that helps to buy local and can beat online purchasing.
