Closest spot to grab gas from Bingemans water Park. Popped in quick to fill up and was a little confused that the pumps weren’t fully open yet. Walked into the store and realized that this station is literally three days old. Spoke to the attendant “Kay” at the counter who Was extremely friendly and polite. Lots of work to do here with a fresh start and a five star! Good luck

The Shell Shop was fresh and clean with a nice fragrance. Not too many items stocked, but it was a good enough selection.

What made my experience here worth 5 stars is the customer service--from my first experience, Devanshi is a friendly, courteous and joyful cashier who served me today and helped me get my CAA discount! Compared to my usual gas station experience, her good nature made my experience particularly lovely! Thanks Shell for hiring such good people!

I visited on a weekday around 9am and the place was practically empty. Really great to be able to take my time and organize my gas receipt properly in Fuelio. =)

The pump is very nice ,clean and calm place . Customer service is superb

Price as high as it was 206.6, was better than everywhere else at the time.

I thought of giving this place a try. The machines were brand new and gave nice touch response. But when i started pumping in gas I felt it was too slow than usual. And exactly at 23.632L, the machine stopped itself. It won't restart after several try. My gas tank was still halfway down.
The lady at the counter said she doesn't know what went wrong. I asked her about the 25 airmiles that I was supposed to get if I could have gone above 25 litres in one run, she said she dont know.
There were other customers who were having problems too.
Location is calm and good.

The cashier was very nice and friendly but the store had a very strong chemical smell was hard to breath. They had just opened so a lot of options were not yet available

I've visited this Shell location 4 times now, as it is rather close to where I work, but have had a negative experience each time I've visited this gas station. I was recently disappointed when this establishment only had Regular fuel available, rather than the Premium fuel my vehicle requires.

During my other 3 visits I was surprised when I had issues filling my tank. The nozzle kept abruptly stopping while pumping gas, as if to tell me my tank was full, which it certainly wasn't. This jolting stoppage occurred every few litres throughout the entire filling process regardless of the angle at which I inserted the nozzle into the vehicle. No matter how fast or slow I pumped fuel, the same issue occurred.

I have not encountered this issue at any other gas station. My vehicle is less than 6 months old and does not have any fuel filler neck issues. This seems to be a regular occurrence at this specific Shell location and is incredibly frustrating.

THE WASHROOM IS OUT OF ORDER!!! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME GUYS!

It shows that the pump is "Open 24 hours", on Google Maps, but it will be closed with a board saying 'NO GAS', after midnight. I drove here two times after 12:00 am, trusting the timing found on Google Maps, and got the same experience. Please change the open hours on Google Maps or keep it open as you say. Writing this review with honest frustration.

Never had a great experience here.
Lousy hours, no air, and now NO GAS?!
Went today at 4pm, and signs on the pumps said No gas. All the lights were off, and it looked abandoned.
Maybe it closed down.
Wouldn’t be surprised.
Worst gas station in the area.

This location is now permanently closed!!!! Phone has been disconnected.

If you want gas, don't come to this rather new Shell outlet.

They don't have gas, they don't have a price posted and they haven't for weeks!!! Not sure why Shell would allow this to occur.

The Shell station about three kilometers to the west, on Victoria St., always has gas! Something weird is going on here at this location!

Perhaps the Circle K, just a kilometer to the east, has taken all of their customers? But, you can't sell fuel if you don't have it in your tanks!

Gas station has been closed for a very long time and when you try to call the number has been out of service so I guess that the owner never paid his Bill's so the corporation shut him down and changed the locks

Brand new multi million $$ Shell gas station and convenience store is never open and looks deserted. This should be removed.

No gas here, seems like they have a issue with their pumps. Time to ditch the air miles card and go elsewhere

Beware of Premium 91 Gas price here. Average between 87 gas and 91 gas is $0.23-$0.27. For example, Petro and Esso near by 87 Regular $1.61 and 91 Premium $1.84. Meanwhile here at this Shell 87 Regular is $1.60 but Premium $2.02. Yeah the Regular gas here seems 1 or 2 cents cheaper but their Premium is off the chart. All that aside and to be fair, this is a nice, clean place, the staffs are great.

Take this place off of Google or at least mark it as closed! Like it has been for months and months!

Do not buy chocolate from this shell, they have expired packages from 2021, not just one or two but majority of the chocolates are expired over here.
