On SUNDAY DEC 17 extra good CS from SAMAYRA for pointing out better price for cranberry sauce. Went out of her way to take to where it is. Helped to save more. Danny great cs on returned a non-expiredFAITH FARM Havarti cheese that went moldy way before the date. Only bought 1 week before. Danny always soooo helpful.

I was surprised with the wide variety of local, organic and specialty food products they carry. I wasn't expecting that from a Buy-Low. Found this awesome gem there and great discounts too!

Shae was a great help to me today when I came in to buy groceries not only did he help me find the product I was looking for, but he gave me some great cooking suggestions for the meal that I was trying to prepare very kind with great customer service, and extremely friendly I feel he is a great asset to the stores team will definitely go back again

Great store with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s a friendly neighborhood store. They carry a great selection of meats. The produce is good also but they didn’t carry any organic black kale or org collard greens. Some items are a bit more expensive but it’s a pleasant store to shop at.

Expensive side, for some reason they change products or placement very frequently so it's hard to get the same thing consistently, good choice of product and mix

Had bought chicken that went bad before expiry date, they returned it no problem! Thankyou

It was a short trip to the grocery store, the cashier she was polite and friendly. Made small talk and assured me there was plenty of room on the counter past the cash register, (I had my large folding shopping bag taking up some space) I did my best to hurry anyways so the other customer behind me would be able to bag their grocery. Either way bit was a pleasant experience to shop here, will have to come back here more often.

Good place to pick up stuff that hoarders clean out at other locations. Lineups r not bad and good parking. Easy enter/exit and not too busy so few covid worries. Staff are ok and prices on most things are reasonable. Meat and milk cereal bread are good to pick up here. Local store so not massive if big is your thing..

No more covid nonsense. Free to come and go without masks and still great place to get groceries without a lineup. Prices not bad, lots of supply and no hassle shopping. Good community store.

Small store but has an amazing selection for such a small size. Can find most things that sometimes even a big supermarket doesn't even have. And their baked goods are excellent.

Parking out front is never full, and is very convenient as it is right by the exit doors.

It's always a pleasure shopping at Buy-Low Foods, their products and prices are within a budgets range. I always get a good deal shopping there! The people who work there are always friendly.

A really great Neighborhood market that has a fantastic staff, Covid safety protocols, super sales promos and an excellent poultry and meat department.
Probably the best ground beef available in the lower mainland with many fresh organic and vegan items as well. Highly recommended!

Great neighbourhood store. We haven't lived in the neighbourhood for many years, yet return to shop here everytime we are in the area. Friendly knowledgeable staff. A great selection of meat and fresh foods. Usually a great deal on steaks.

This is a great community grocery store. Extremely wide selection of high quality meats, produce and everything else. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Usually isnt too busy. Good for picking up last minute groceries because its not too far from my house. They have good sales sometimes but regular price can seem little pricy compared to if you went to say Walmart. Staff are friendly!

The meat is super fresh. And when on sale it hits prices on par with Costco so that’s a super plus. Especially since they sell in smaller packages and it’s literally 5 mins walk from me.

They don’t sell roast beef. Which makes me sad. Cuz that’s the only deli meat I will eat. Not sure why. They carry everything. But roast beef

The canned goods are a little pricier than nearby grocery stores even when on sale.

Their eggs and milk match that of anywhere so that’s a good thing since I do use a lot of eggs

Juice and soda is also on the high side. They do have sales. But even then. Still doesn’t hit superstore prices.

They have a lot of staff for the small sized store. Which is nice. You never have to go far to ask for help. And everyone is willing to help. Never hear “ I DONT KNOW” or “NO IDEA” which is a plus for them. It’s all staffed by young adults (18-25).

They do tend to chat amongst themselves when scanning your items. Which I guess this depends on who you ask.

For me. It doesn’t rub me wrong or anything. I’m not there for attention and don’t require them to stay quiet and only speak to me etc. But I do know some places this is frowned upon.

But overall. It has a nice family feel. And all the workers seems happy. 😌

Product was placed in the wrong location with the wrong tag at 9.99 but came up at the till for 24.99 I showed them where I grabbed it from, without any problems they gave it to me for 9.99 amazing customer service

May not deserve the 5 star. But the staff there is great and although a small store- you will find what you need or a good substitute. Their specials are great. Bakery overpriced.

Great neighbourhood grocery spot. You get much more personal service here. The prices are slightly higher than the big brands, but this is much more convenient sometimes and they do have good sales.
