Destination Honda Burnaby

I have been a customer of Destination Honda Burnaby since 2017 and the team there has provided exceptional service every time. Our primary sales person (Ken) was away so he referred me to Jason Lee. It was my first time working with Jason and he provided excellent communication, negotiation and delivery experience. Sandra, the Finance Manager, was very honest and direct with pricing. We struck a good deal and I was out the door in a short amount of time.

I purchased this used Toyota from Destination and made a deal with Jay and the destination team .
Jay was very prompt and respectful. I live on the island but made the trip due to transparency with the inspection report and history on carfax.
We made a deal and I took it home . The next day we discovered a knocking sound in the steering . I immediately contacted destination to let them know my concern.
They sent me to our local Toyota store to inspect and repair the issue. To my surprise this all happened very quickly.
Car is fantastic and no knock .

Luiz and his team from Service Department helped me to install new winter tires on my Honda Odyssey 2023. Very clear communication and there was no pushing unnecessary service like other dealers/tire shops.
Definitely I am coming back there for the next maintenance visits.

I recently picked up a Civic Hatchback from Destination Honda. It was a fantastic experience. Eugene the general sales manager was amazing. Very helpful and personally followed up with me after the purchase. Eric the salesman was great. And finally Jennifer from finance was super friendly and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this dealership!

It was one of the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. We are very pleased with the fair trade-in evaluation and overall in the entire process. Guest advisor Jason Lee was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He was also updating us regularly on the date of car arrival.

Went here for an oil change for the first time today at this location. I was amazed by the quality of work, and the knowledge of the associate that helped me out. His name was Homan, I would 10/10 recommend! I’m new to Honda and cars so I had a lot of questions and he answered every single one of them and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking them which a lot of people in this industry do. He didn’t try to upsell me in anyway, or overcharge me for anything which has been my experienced in the past outside of Honda. The experience was very comfortable for me, and also quite quick. As a female, I usually dread anything to do with my car, but felt very respected and well taken care of. I will be coming back!

I just got my Honda HRV 2024 from this dealer. Wayne Chow, who was my Guest Advisor, really helped me from beginning to end on my car journey. I felt like we were warmly welcomed and accommodated. All of the staff there were very friendly and cheerful. Sandra, who was the Financial Services Manager, was very good in explaining with what comes with the car. Everything was smooth.

We're also happy that they filled up the gas tank when we got the car. Never experienced buying a car like this anywhere else. They made our journey as stress free as possible.

2 weeks ago, I purchased my 2017 Nissan Rogue from this dealership. This is one of the nicest vehicle i’ve ever had. Wayne Chow is my Guest Advisor, he is really helpful and nice person. I had minor issues with my car after a week I bought this car but they fixed it immediately and free of charge. I’ll definitely recommend getting used vehicle from this location.

Big shout out to Andy for making our Honda purchase experience smooth and hassle-free. We were being in constant touch and were taken care of all the queries we had for the purchase.

I recently bought a Honda Civic Sport Touring with a manual transmission. These are very hard to come by these days at most Civics built come with CVT transmission, hence I waited many months for mine to arrive. During the wait period my sales advisor (Eric Nguyen) would call me every so often to give me status updates on my vehicle as well as offer me other vehicles that may be of interest to me. I highly appreciated the gesture. The car i wanted was located at another Honda dealership waiting to be sold, so Eric and his manager were able to work out a deal with this other dealership to get that car for me. Highly appreciate the great customer service and extra effort they put in to finally get me my car. Very satisfied with the customer service at this location, sales advisor was very helpful getting me acquainted with the new vehicle and helped me get some discounts on a couple accessories as well :)

Had the service done for my Honda Accord for couple of fixes. Sam went above and beyond to help me with the car and additionally provided certain checks and fixes, and a full wash once the repair was done.
Would definitely make it my go-to from now on.
