I needed to get a photo printed out for my Mother-in-law and the customer service representative at the print shop (Keri) went out of her way to assist me. Staples Okotoks should be very proud to have someone like Keri working for them! Very professional and courteous! Thank you Keri for your assistance.

I much needed new business cards. Keri was super friendly and offered to help me out if I brought in the business card file on a USB stick. I did, and she quickly uploaded it, and scheduled printing of 500 business cards. My experience is definitely 5 stars. Thank you Keri.

Did my 1month old baby passport photo here and 100% recommended!! Maia was amazing very patient and nice with us. She made sure the photo was perfect and didn’t hesitate to make several attempts. I went previously to shopper and they couldn’t take a decent picture or even try.

We are a local small business. The Staples location help us with all our specialty printing needs. The staff in the print center are very knowledgeable and kind. The service is excellent, Kari one of the staff is very customer driven which is amazing to see in todays world. Highly recommend them. We have been working with them for years. Give them a shot I will promise you will be impressed.

An excellent shopping experience tonight. The sales staff confirmed my item was available over the phone before I travelled to the store and had it ready for me when I arrived. The pricing with in store, trade in promotion couldn't be beat. The sales people who helped me during the purchase were very pleasant and answered all my questions about the product at the time of purchasing. They let me know about their product protection plan but didn't pressure me into purchasing it. They even helped load the large box into my car.

Excellent customer service from Conner. He knew what I was looking for and made great suggestions regarding photo transfer to computers. Service with a smile - under a mask.

I went in to swap my cell for a new one and was helped by a very nice, kind and smart young man by the name of Liam.
He took time to explain everything to me and even called my provider twice to clarify something and get a change made on my bill.

Upside, they have what I need/kids need/want, IN STOCK, 99% of the time. Downside, I can't leave this place without spending a small fortune, regardless of what I stop in for...
*Thanks* Staples for having the "mint green" graphing calculator in stock. I know the colour is going to encourage my daughter to pay attention in maths class... (Not really but, a dad can dream right?)

I went in to Staples Okotoks and the amazing staff at the print shop not only helped me get a 70 year old photo out of a wedding album, they also copied it and helped put it back together! Thank you for the awesome service Staples!

My usual printer was unable to do a quick print job for me. Despite submitting my order after 12pm to staples I called in and the gentleman who answered took my name so he could watch for my order to come through online and make sure it was ready ASAP. My order was ready a few hours later rather than 1-3 business days It was quick and easy and certainly the way I’ll go next time.

I had a project that I wasn’t sure how to execute so that it would be beautiful and done in time for Christmas. James reviewed my project with me including printing me a sample. I went home to do my homework. My car broke down so I was delayed getting back into the store. When I went in I gave them my print job. They started on it as soon as they could. I went home and got a call just a few hours later. James knew I wanted it done in time for Christmas and was able to get it done. He cared. I went in to pick up my project. The results were astounding! I was SO happy. Many people at Staples helped me out. I am so grateful to them all. It truly was EASY. I highly recommend their services.
