I have been to this location once the cashier was very nice and polite the only thing is that she forgot to do with her was her GPS as a 7-Eleven employee I know about GPS,
I been with 7/11 for now 15 months, I've been trying to transfer to another store I like where your store is located and giving the proper chance I like to be part of your Team.

Everyone working is super friendly and always says hello and welcome. Clean, smells good. They probably deal with a ton of weirdos everyday but they handle it like champs. I love you 7-eleven.

This is the best 7 eleven that I've been in. It's clean and spacious. The employees are courteous and they care about their customers. The employees don't get paid enough to deal with whyte ave weirdoes and creeps.

I really liked the samosas they were selling at this location. They were delicious! 😊😋😊

Pretty good. I love slurping up that sweaty... Dripping... Sloppy... Slurpee.... AHHHHH have yes. I will be there soon. My mouth anticipates.

It’s an average 7-eleven. Nothing special but the cashier will try to upsell you or try to sell you something completely unrelated to what you are purchasing. It is a larger store than the other one on Whyte which is nice though.

They always keep me there longer to upsell me stuff and it makes me feel very uncomfortable. Just let me pay for my things and leave.

Pretty basic corner store. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. The prepared food is very hit and miss though; The pizza is decent, but the chicken is near inedible. If you want nachos be prepared to spend an extra 10 minutes here waiting for the painfully slow nacho cheese dispenser.

Walked to the store and employee just kept looking at me for 15 minutes on January 5th at 5:30 am. No help so far, am going to stand here until I am served as it will take less time than walking to another store. This is ridiculous

This place racially discriminates. I am a late 20s white man. 4am, -20°C and I walk up to the locked doors at the same time as 3 homeless indigenous people who are holding their wallets pleading they’re paying customers. The employees shake their heads and won’t open the door. After they walk away, the employees see me at the door and come up and unlock the door to let me in. I told them they need to let the others in and argued with me. I understand sometimes there are times to not let people in for security reasons, but there was nobody else in the store. They looked at the indigenous and looked away. They looked at me, a white man, and chose to let me in. Doesn’t sit right with me.

Went to this 7/11 after the one on 99 street is closed at 12am, and they have a sign saying so. There was three people inside with the door locked , I knocked in the door after realizing they were avoiding me at the door. I waved them down and they mouthed threw the window that they were closed so I went to the next circle K. As I was walking back home I seen them open the door for 3 regular customers. So I gave them a call and asked why they let in 3 other people but not myself, the mans reply was that they are only doing pick up, but I watched the customers and they didn’t do pick up they were buying cigarettes. I had voiced that to the man on the phone and asked to a manager and he said that I wasn’t understanding and that a manager wasn’t in, so I asked for his name and the manager for when I call tomorrow, he then said he couldn’t give out any information of that sort, and hung up the phone. I am appalled with the service that was provided, I go to this location very often and never had this issue, there’s no sign saying they are closed for walk in’s or any sort of communication to customers.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. So unpleased and feel they were just racially profiling

Do better staff!! (Nov 16th 2023)

I bought combo of hot chicken but that was not well cooked, when i tried to tell the problem to the sales associates, he ssaid he cannot do anything, and he was talk to us rudely, all over its totally a bad experience.

They lock the door whenever they want and don't open it. And also they ignored me for more than 5mins when I was there for a coffee so I just came out.
