The workers are very nice here. Yesterday i went in and bought beats solo 3’s and they were defected. I was not very happy but i went back in the next day and this lovely woman named Sarah was the sweetest most patient woman I've ever met. She was very polite with me and my father and when she says no she says it very politely manner. I 100% would recommend going up to her when going to the Source. Amazing costumer service!! Sarah was amazing at The Source in Fairview Mall. She knew the product I was interested in and was able to call me when the inventory came in and insured that I got to the store to pick up the product before it was sold out again. Having worked in customer service I can appreciate the effort this takes, and I’m so happy that there are people like Sarah working hard to help customers out. Not every Customer service worker is usually this helpful but she was, thank you Sarah.

I was having some major technical issues transferring data to my new phone from my 6 year old previous phone. Akhar Ali at this place spend easily up to 4 hours with me helping me resolve the issues with extreme patience and tact. I admit this is some of the most high quality customer service I've seen. i had a great experience with akbar while ordering and setting up my new device. he was very caring and attentive. he had amazing customer service and spent 2 hours with me running around in circles trying to fix an issue and was successful in the end (thank you so much again). overall i had the best experience and will be returning in the future. 10/10!!
