MANGO

Return policy is dumb, since they don’t tell you online and in-store are different, but not the staff fault. Representatives were very nice and understanding when explaining the policy.

Mango is one of the best shops I've ever been to. I used to buy from Mango shops in Europe and I am so glad that Mango opened some branches in Toronto. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Loved MANGO store at the Fairview mall, sales associates were super helpful and have a nice attitude, I enjoyed my experience.

This is the first time I’m leaving a review for a retail store, i came on 20 February around 2 pm I wanted to try a few items there was two employees one guy and one girl if I'm not mistaken they was from India they was smell so bad I went to the fitting room and she came with me I couldn’t stay long and just left the store.The manager should tell them to use deodorants .

This is the first time I’m leaving a review for a retail store, but this store has the worst customer service! I’ve never had an issue trying to return an item with tags attached and receipt, within the return window, to be told it is damaged because it had a small white mark on it? Store associate was very rude as well, and was insinuating I was trying to return a worn item. I felt completely insulted. I’m not going to be returning to this store due to their poor return and refund policy, and lack of customer service. Be warned!

Customer service/return process is very poor. Bought items at Markville mall and needed to return it. Only have 14 days to return. Went to Fairview to return it but their system was down they said because the power was out. Came back 4 days later and they couldn't process the return again because of "system" issues. Was told to call again before coming. Called the store today and they said they can't guarantee it will work and better to go where it was bought. This doesn't make sense I don't have time to waste going up and down. I need to return this soon and would like to go somewhere that is closer to me. You are supposed to be able to return items at any location regardless of where it was bought or give an extension with the return policy with this type of behaviour and poor customer service. Will never buy from Mango again.

Trust the bad reviews! They are here for a reason. Rude staff. Can’t even get a store credit after 14 days on “sale” items

They seem they have customer service issue, I have’nt purchased from MANGO and didnt know the return policy for sales items are 14 days instead of 30 days, nobody told me at the time of purchase and i really couldnt guess such a thing, i bought the item 18 days ago and they didnt accept the return, even i asked for a credit store , and the manager didnt accept , I even told her it’s my first time buying from MANGO, they are so unpleasent I will never never go there and buy anything from them.
When I entered 3 different people asked me “everything is good”, “do you need help” , it was bothering to repeatedly hearing that but they didnt help me when they realy should, it was so bad experience
