High quality printers and new versions were there I bought a Hp color printer. It’s really easy to use.

I visited the Virgin+ Mobility store within the Staples outlet on March 3rd, 2024.

Gunjot helped me with the plan by providing some great offers and Vaibhavie set up my account explaining all the information . The staff is very nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend this store and facility for your cellular/ mobility needs.

Got a great deal on a phone plan with Virgin. Gunjot is a great rep, he is super helpful, patient, and communicated well before I came to the store. The whole process took less than 10 mins. Recommend getting phone plans from him.

5⭐ experience and it’s all thanks to Nicolas Sheikh! Came in on a busy afternoon, days before Christmas looking for a good working gaming monitor as a gift for my fiancé. Asked to speak to the most informed worker in regards to both gaming and monitors. Nicolas answered all my questions and educated me so much on the pros and cons of each item I was debating on purchasing. He didn’t mind going over the same things with me and was very open, kind and truthful, which made me want to buy the product from him even more! I enjoyed the service so much that I had to find a manager and let them know! Ended up purchasing the best curved gaming monitor in both my price range and has the specs best suited for my fiancé, and he loved it, set it up right away in his gaming room! Thanks Nic! Clean quite place to go for quick electronics.

Staff are helpful when in for a quick drop off my plurolator parcel ..and a quickly came out before damages happen lol...as in extensive buying.

Found everything I needed fairly quickly, didn't need any help from the staff, but also didn't see anyone anywhere other than at the cash, so glad I didn't need any help ... they had a good amount of stock for the things I looked at and a good selection for the size of the store ... I will shop here again in the future!

Sabrina in printing solution shop is just so nice and helpful.
I wait in front of desk and there were two staff members just pretend they did not see me and the line of people after me. When Sabrina comes she answers all my questions for printing and get my poster done nice.
Also as printing posters takes longer then normal print. During the wait time she also take care the people behind me. Trying her best to help people in line. Thanks for her multi-tasking to get everything done perfectly. However this store seems always busy and definitely need more staff to cover.

I needed to have a document printed from a PDF file on my cell so I went to the pros at Staples where I met Merna in the custom printing department and she was great 👍 highly recommend this place great service and knowledge to be shared.

Hi, very nice staff.....Im looking for an ink for my printer today and the ink that i need is out of stock it says onthe shelves , so I asked one of the staff if they have more of that ... so one staff check from the top shelves using a long ladder and one of them check if they have received any delivery from the stock room and someone went all the way to the back to find it...
I really appreciate it for what they did for me today.

I just placed an order for the Epson ET-2760 printer. I made an error by selecting the shipping option as oppose to the curb side pick up. The customer service rep that I spoke with named Maria was terrible and unhelpful. I'm not sure if she was from the call centre. However, I just wanted to say the manager named Yen at Queen's Plate made my day! He was very accommodating and went the extra mile to assist me with my needs. He is the perfect example of excellent customer service! Thank you Yen!

Shout out to SHELDON from this store.!!We had to take a print out for some documents pertaining to air travel on such a short notice. The printer facility at the airport wasn't functioning as expected so we had to come there. Sheldon was super helpful and accommodating with our request and we can't thank him enough for his help yesterday.kuddos to him..😇

This location has best staff. They are very very helpful. While purchasing chair, I notice box was little damage so without me asking they took extra effort went back and got me new box. On top I got some small discount . 5 star for best staff +smiling manager.
