My first time for Service at C.A.S. Power Marine, I was a little confused at the front end process, but in retrospect it makes sense. My little Suzuki Motor was lagging badly and stalling out. Suzuki has very few dealers in Ontario and it was past time for a dealer to diagnose the issues and recommend repairs. I received an emailed estimate and booked a day to drop the boat 2 and a half hours from my home. After a couple weeks I got a mail noting all the issues, costed out in detail. Aftet approving the work, they proceeded with service. All was courteously, and effectively performed as quoted, but under the original quote price.
That is honest service! I like these folks, wish I lived closer to them for regular service.

Chris, Dan, Vanessa and staff were very pleasant to deal with. A family run business. They gave me a great deal on the cruiser I bought from them. When I had a minor issue with it (as to be expected when buying used) the first time out they were quick to help take care of it. Would definitely buy from them again!

They got my boat in for a tune up last minute before a week long trip. Great price for service work and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Just had them order me a new 6hp kicker for the spring. Give them a try. Won't be disappointed

I have an older Suzuki outboard that I have ordered parts for a couple of times. I have been impressed with the help from the parts department in all of my interactions. I'm not super knowledgeable around these motors and they were quite informative helping make sure I purchased what I would need to do the work.

This was my first experience dealing with CAS Marine and it was a very positive experience. Your customer service and response times are excellent, you performed the repair well , quickly, and as estimated. Fantastic service. JamieLee as a service advisor is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. Booking online for drop off and pick up was easy. Quote was accurate, shop rate is fair and they went the extra mile to meet my time-frame for pick up. I have a 10yr old Merc outboard and their trained technicians isolated the problem easily after my muskoka cottage marina could not (twice). They kept me informed throughout the process. I will be trailering home to CAS for service from now on. Thank you for getting me back on the water quickly! I will certainly recommend to all my boating buds!

Chris has worked diligently to sell my boat but without success so far but I feel he has done everything possible to get it sold so I am pleased with his effort.

Chris took on the responsibility of moving it from another storage facility, having it "Surveyed" and all without me having to get involved. I'm not from the area any longer and that took a huge load of responsibility from me, thank you.

Having said that when it came to storing it for the winter they sent me an invoice and had charged me for things not required. Before I even had a chance to open the invoice and review it a new one came correcting the issues and apologizing for the error. Kudos to them; how much more trustworthy and fair could that be?

Absolutely awesome...I just purchased a ski boat from CAS and I can't say enough about the service and the quality. Chris and his team bent over backwards to get us exactly what we needed. They are a great shop with good genuine people that you can trust. I will definitely use them again.

Looking for new boat connection. First time customer to cas. 15 minute phone call cas had my parts on order and with In 3 day delivery. Just saying have been trying to deal with advance in Fergus for 3 weeks now. Just found new boat connection. Keep you posted

My boat was damaged during a wind storm. CAS fixed it quickly and efficiently. The workmanship was superb. The staff was very helpful and attended to every question. I would recommend their work highly.
