Great customer service! Store is neatly packed which makes it very simple to find what you're looking for. Highly recommended for people looking for fair priced products that get the job well done !

The Owner of this store is legit. Very professional, I bought a very bad product, brought it back within an hour and the guy refunded me. He was quick to fix the situation which is great.

That being said, almost everything in this store is very overpriced. It's such a shame cause prohibiition stores used to be reasonable with their prices. A pack of plain ocb papers was 3$... Ridiculous.

Also the staff is laughably bad. The lady who was serving me did everything she could to refuse to refund me, thinking she was the owner of the store or something (lmao). I had to insist that she calls the owner and insist to talk to him directly. On top of that she had zero knowledge about the specs of the bongs she was selling.

The 5 stars is for the owner, otherwise it would have been 1/5.

Every time i walk in there it smells great, the employees are always very welcoming and do their best to help me with whatever i need. They have a pretty amazing understanding of all their products and there seems to be a pretty great dynamic between one another. Ive bought all my smoking accessories from prohibition. This store is always my go-to :)
