Ucluelet Co-op Food Store

The co-op is the local grocery store. For the size of the town, this is a top notch spot. End of story. Anything less than a 5 is people being whiny or needy.

I'd also give them six stars if I could because for a population of 2,000, they had lovely imported agave syrup for me and my margaritas because simple syrup is sacrilege, full stop. (Point is they have a little of everything).

Wonderful customer service and it's as simple as that.

It's such a cool store. Has everything essential you need when visiting this town. Has a good selection of groceries, bakery section, deli, and produce. They have a hardware section and a pharmaceutical section. Also, a hot table ( limited items). Lots of parking.

Everything you need, almost. Friendly service. Deli items are tasty. Lots of parking. I was in Ucluelet for just a week but dropped in to the Co-Op numerous times. It’s the hub of the community. An easy place to shop.

Good selection , very friendly lady at the till , prices were high as expected but helps build revenue for all the kind folks who supply us

They had everything I needed and the service is great and a bit cheaper than Tofino

We were concerned with moving to a small isolated town that our grocery quality would drop significantly and our costs would skyrocket. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that Ucluelet had a Co-op (which we had never shopped at before), and that the Co-op actually has decent quality products at fair prices (even really good prices if you're sticking mostly to sales) and a good selection! We are so happy with the Co-op!

I love many things in Ucluelet aka Ukee and the Ucluelet Co-op is one of the places which is included in my top favs.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the selection of things available is very impressive and it will often look into getting in products customers ask for.
It got in a family favorite —Marmite a loved British spread, which is both tasty and healthy and on toast it is perfect for busy families for breakfast.

I stopped into the coop on Thursday to pick up some ingredients for a new dish I was making. The young girl stocking the shelves was very friendly and helped me find the items that I needed. She was very chatty and had a positive attitude for being so young. I appreciate your help Mackenzee

Beautiful quiet town. Lots of places to eat. Shops to get everything you need . People are very welcoming.

Best place to shop in town but I may be biased because one of the perks of being a member is you're an owner! They try their hardest to deal with eclectic tastes in a tiny yet diverse town that gets overrun half of the year. They also give back to the community in such a big way! Friendly, helpful staff....this place rocks

I really enjoy shopping at that store (especially after the renovation). But most importantly, I want to point out that Mackenzee Moore is a very outstanding grocery clerk (for her age)!

Everything you need and lots of other things that you will want! Really great staff who are friendly and patient with tourists. Good selection of everything, from produce to hunting gear to plumbing supplies. I shop here almost every day when we're in town.

Great selection of ready to eat and fresh produce! Loved their cheese and black pepper bread, went back to get a second loaf in just two days. Everything is slightly overpriced, which is expected and understandable.

A decent selection of food (groceries) for such a small town and a surprisingly useful hardware section for when Windsor Plywood is closed. Tools, screws, fasteners and more.

Very impressed with the selector gluten-free products available in this small town grocery store.

When we have stayed in Ucluelet in a self catered cabin this supermarket has been a godsend. It has everything you need from groceries, household goods, and even much needed waterproofs for the Winter storm watching. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the staff's mothers was even from my hometown in the UK and we spent ages talking to her about home.

Great selection of foods and snacks, with an excellent choice of prepped, warm lunches and dinners to eat-in or take-out. Friendly staff always share a smile. If you, as we, visit Ukee to get away from it for awhile ... drop by here first, grab a spanakopita or calzone to go, and nestle into a bench down by the lighthouse overlooking the bay ... you might never leave!
