Got my new years eve grocery rush , my hands was full so i asked the cashier if i can leave some of my groceries while charging other stuff at my car , but this young men offered some help and carried all my groceries! Every grocery store should visit IGA des Sources Cap-Rouge and use it as an example! Keep up the good work. I do congratulate the employees when I do my shopping...always fresh produce and products - clean and the employees are very polite.

One of the best place nearby to go for groceries! Might be a little more expensive than Maxi or Metro, but you find everything you need, even for those recipes with « unknown ingredients »!
