Very nice and welcoming shop, Emily was of great help for us to choose the baby car seat! She is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and showed us how to install the seat properly in the car.
Definitely coming back!

I had an amazing experience with Lisa at this store. She was really patient and went out of her way to help. The pros and cons were explained very well for the items I was looking to purchase and she helped me set up my registry.

We visited this location recently and Neelam was incredibly helpful. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Taught us so much about what to look for when choosing the right car seat and brought them out to the car to test which ones fit and which ones didn't. If you go here, look for her- she's amazing.

Maddie was very knowledgeable and helpful, she took lots of time to answer all of our first time parent questions and we left feeling very reassured. Impeccable customer service by Maddie! Their phones at the store didn’t work, but they were the only ones who carried the umbrella stroller that I needed (it was time sensitive due to travelling and I only wanted specific one), so I emailed them and she was helping me out via email and responded to my emails so quickly. I really appreciated it.
When I came to the store to pick up that stroller, I saw the variety of others, and she was happy to assist me and show me bunch of other strollers too.
She’s so nice she also helped me to pick up some little items that I needed. Like I could tell, she cares and wants the customer to make the best decision while purchasing items for their babies, doesn’t matter if it’s expensive stroller, or silicone cutlery for the baby, she will spend as much time as you need and help you out.

It's my first time walking into a kids store, and pretty much clueless about what anything is or how they work. Emily took her time with my wife and I explaining everything is detail and made really good recommendations. She's very knowledgeable and patient with her customers. Thank you Emily.

My husband and I went a few times to the store with different questions and every time we went, the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. But the all time best customer service trophy have to go to Deandra. She went above and beyond with her customer service.

Lisa was a great help to us. We were looking for a stroller and an infant car seat. Lisa let us try out as many stroller and cart seat combos as we wanted! She even let us take the car seats outside the store to make sure they fit properly in our vehicle. She was very patient and helpful.

Snuggle Bug Milton was the best experience, Maddie was so knowledgeable and helpful with all her tips and tricks! As first time parents it can be very overwhelming and a lot of information all at once but she made us feel so comfortable and we were able to ask all of our questions. She walked us through the Car seats and strollers with such detail and really paid attention to our needs. I would highly recommend this store to any first time parents!

Lisa at the Milton location was very helpful with educating me on strollers and also the baby bjorn bouncers. She helped me pick an appropriate bouncer out as well as a toy attachment. Thank you Lisa!

Emily was sooo helpful and kind throughout our entire visit at the store. My husband and I had so many questions and Emily was super knowledgeable on the products and had wonderful recommendations to give us too. We felt as though she went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable with the items we were looking at adding to our registry.

Heather was so helpful finding the perfect stroller. We had absolutely no idea what to get with how many different things are on the market. We were hesitant about coming after reading some reviews, however very glad we took a chance. We work with safety equipment and understand that sometimes they don’t let you return things with certain safety features which I don’t think everyone understands. Take a chance and ask for help if you need it and I think you’ll have a great experience too.

We’re in the process of buying a stroller and we’ve been to the store few times, Lisa has been very patient and very helpful she takes her time to help us decide on which option we should go for. Thank you Lisa :)
